I just went in at 8:15 on a Tuesday evening. There are only two people in the restaurant. One person sitting at the counter and one person behind the counter. She said that they are to-go only right now, and since I needed to dine in I was refused service. The only way that I could order food was if I wanted it to-go, and there's a mandatory 20% fee added to the order for all to-go orders. I typically tip between 20 and 25% for wait staff, but the sign said the restaurant gets 10% and the server gets 10%, all for the pleasure of them not helping me. I kind of find this to be absurd. So, I left. It did not seem to be sensible to me to refuse me service when they clearly needed business.

I just left this place i asked for a double order of sausage and they only gave me a single order. Then as I was eating my waffle there was a piece of white plastic caught in between my waffle that I almost put in my mouth. It was the size of like a white contact lens case. I am highly disappointed if it wasn't bad weather I would drive back over there.

This food is normally good sometimes and sometimes it’s a hit or miss just because when they’re busy it’s hard to get served or it takes a while. Also, you would be best to ask for crispy hashbrowns because sometimes they’re not all the way fried.

Walked in and the cook was sitting at the table sleeping. Not happy that we came in to order good and he had to prepare it. The cashier was trying to be hospitable but the game was already done. We ordered waffles had coffee and left.

We stopped visiting this location b/c of the horrible customer service. It's an entirely different experience now that Janell is managing. The vibe has completely changed. Awesome customer service and great food fast. You are appreciated Janell !!!

Food was great had the lady cook she is on point with cooking . Better watch your bill and check behind your servers calculations because we were handed a 53. Doller bill i rechecked it it was only 38. Server was pissed i caught it. Heres are pics of the bill and youll see the scribbled out amount she was going to charge us... beware of the servers at hopkins rd
Whoever was working Wednesday 10/2 killleed my takeout order. It was the best I’d ever had, everything was spot on and cooked perfectly. S/o to the Hopkins road crew!

Service and food are always excellent. You have to be careful when paying your bill . If you leave a tip for servers on your card, they will add up to your food bill and then charge you food taxes.

There was only two employees that both appeared to be high. The so called cook was more concerned about the music he was listening to with his ear pod, The burger was uneatable, After two bites I threw it in the garbage. Total waste of $$$. Would never eat there again.
