I stopped by the waffle house on Hopkins Rd walked in and asked to place a to go order and I was told that I had to place the order on line but I had no way to do that at the time the food I was trying to order inside the restaurant sitting at the bar stool would have been for me and my DIABETIC Wife Now I can understand why they have done away with the Phone orders but like I said I was already sitting in the restaurant They should really look at their policies and train the staff to use common sense

I dine in usually on Sunday mornings with my kids. Today I noticed the menu has been updated 🙌🏻. I also had the pleasure of being served by Julius. He is a very attentive and intentional person. Overall this location is great with a exceptional staff.

First time at Waffle House and it was an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious and brought back great memories of going out to eat with my parents when I was a kid. I had the eggs, toast, hashbrowns, and waffles — everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. I’ll definitely be visiting Waffle House again. Highly recommend!
I just went in at 8:15 on a Tuesday evening. There are only two people in the restaurant. One person sitting at the counter and one person behind the counter. She said that they are to-go only right now, and since I needed to dine in I was refused service. The only way that I could order food was if I wanted it to-go, and there's a mandatory 20% fee added to the order for all to-go orders. I typically tip between 20 and 25% for wait staff, but the sign said the restaurant gets 10% and the server gets 10%, all for the pleasure of them not helping me. I kind of find this to be absurd. So, I left. It did not seem to be sensible to me to refuse me service when they clearly needed business.

I just left this place i asked for a double order of sausage and they only gave me a single order. Then as I was eating my waffle there was a piece of white plastic caught in between my waffle that I almost put in my mouth. It was the size of like a white contact lens case. I am highly disappointed if it wasn't bad weather I would drive back over there.

This food is normally good sometimes and sometimes it’s a hit or miss just because when they’re busy it’s hard to get served or it takes a while. Also, you would be best to ask for crispy hashbrowns because sometimes they’re not all the way fried.

Walked in and the cook was sitting at the table sleeping. Not happy that we came in to order good and he had to prepare it. The cashier was trying to be hospitable but the game was already done. We ordered waffles had coffee and left.

Food was great had the lady cook she is on point with cooking . Better watch your bill and check behind your servers calculations because we were handed a 53. Doller bill i rechecked it it was only 38. Server was pissed i caught it. Heres are pics of the bill and youll see the scribbled out amount she was going to charge us... beware of the servers at hopkins rd
