I just went in at 8:15 on a Tuesday evening. There are only two people in the restaurant. One person sitting at the counter and one person behind the counter. She said that they are to-go only right now, and since I needed to dine in I was refused service. The only way that I could order food was if I wanted it to-go, and there's a mandatory 20% fee added to the order for all to-go orders. I typically tip between 20 and 25% for wait staff, but the sign said the restaurant...

This food is normally good sometimes and sometimes it’s a hit or miss just because when they’re busy it’s hard to get served or it takes a while. Also, you would be best to ask for crispy hashbrowns because sometimes they’re not all the way fried.

We stopped visiting this location b/c of the horrible customer service. It's an entirely different experience now that Janell is managing. The vibe has completely changed. Awesome customer service and great food fast.
