We've been shopping at this Wegmans since they opened. It has slowly gone downhill. The quality of the produce has been diminishing. The majority of the cashiers are moody and borderline rude. Today we had quite the time trying to navigate groups of employees just hanging around all over talking. We are having to go to Publix more and more to get products we need because of the increasingly poor selection. It's definitely not the store it was even a year ago.

The BEST grocery store chain on the planet--and I'm in the grocery business!! Customer service is absolutely superb! Produce leaves me speechless and their meat and specialty departments are the gold standard!! You walk in and just know you are in an environment where quality is king!!

I was almost assaulted in this store today in front of my grandkids n denied customer service but the cashier can stay. No I'm getting video footage from cooperate. Then she lied n said we attacked, but your have video n just look n see who was attacking who. I'm getting video footage n I'm getting a lawyer. This cashier with a mouth like that should not be serving anyone.

Usually a great customer experience...this visit was the first time I asked the deli for sliced roast Turkey and when they started slicing the end I asked to not have the end and the gentleman cutting disregarded my ask and told me it would be the same and if it was a "time" thing it was just opened today.... It was I didn't want the small end slice thing...

Absolutely love love love this grocery store! This place is really the best. The hot food area has an amazing selection and everything is really good. Plenty of parking staff friendly and everything is clean. I will definitely be going back, it is totally worth the drive!

I understand that Wegman's is the most expensive grocery store in the city, but charging me more than $13.00 per bagel is outrageous!!! The clerk had no clue and no problem charging me $100 for 5 bagels!! And when I was forced to point out the problem she had no clue and began to charge me for a higher price than was advertised! Useless and clueless and unable to observe. It became an issue for a manager to visit and correct. Add the cost of bags and this place is an ignorant rip off!!!!

I suppose if you lived in the general neighborhood where Wegmans is located it would be a go to. While I like the variety of prepared foods and the bakery, the rest of the store is no different from the other supermarkets. Not worth the drive from where I am.

We had the sushi. I am so sorry I didn't take any pictures because it was the best sushi. We got it from the grocery store all packed and ready to eat. Then paid and found the table area to eat at. It was incredibly fresh and delicious. We ate here when coming to pick up our thanksgiving meal for tomorrow. If the meal we picked up for tomorrow is as good as our sushi lunch. Wow.
This store is like the Disneyland of grocery stores! You can order any type of food to go-seafood, pizza, subs, Chinese, breakfast, bakery goods-all delicious. Meat and fish markets are great. Cheese shop, huge wine section. Best grocery store in America!

Cool grocery store. Huge wine department that looks like it's own Total Wine inside. They have a variety of stuff and a big hot food/grab & go food section. I'd shop here more often if these were in my home area. Buffalo chicken pizza was decent. It's huge and the buffalo sauce wasn't too overpowering. Crust isn't the best but overall still good slice of pizza for a quick meal. The vanilla cake is amazing! I usually prefer butter cream icing so I was pleasantly surprised when I enjoyed their whipped icing. The icing wasn't too sweet and the cake itself was moist and fluffy. I wish I had gotten another piece.

What a fabulous grocery store! Huge selection of fresh fruits and veggies. Take a look at the specialty foods and gluten free options. Don't get me started about the bakery! Top notch beer and wine selection as well. I'll keep coming back!
