They need better team work! Everyone is all over the place yelling at each other and arguing. No one is at a particular station and being delegated to make sure the food is being given out in a timely manner. I ordered my food and it took them 40min to get my food. I should have just left but all the other hospital food was closed

I came in the Wendy’s and ordered because I had to come in for a emergency visit and the customer service was really poor. The lady at the front counter took my order nicely and then I never got my food they got my order wrong then made me pay for more condiments (sauce) after I waited for more then 20 min. Then acted like I was in the wrong When asking for my order.
