Waited 10 minutes and no one came to the register. I figured it was an off kind of day for the staff so I walked out. Next day I come in for breakfast time and I was charged for a breakfast menu item and was given a cold chicken sandwich and some fries. I asked for a refund but it never went on my card. Long story short, if you want actual service? Don't go here.

i never write reviews because i think it’s stupid. but this specific wendy’s will have you waiting in line for more than 10 minutes when there’s only TWO cars in drive thru. unacceptable when people are hungry and trying to eat. service is decent. but workers seem very lazy always goofing off and getting distracted and taking way too long to serve food even when you order on the app beforehand. horrible drive thru. food is good though

1st time in a longgg time since I've been to this wendys... THEY REALLY STRUGGLED in there service... we had 5 orders, the cashier put the first order in the computer, then the rest of the orders she wanted wrote down on a piece of paper... TOTAL CONFUSION. TOTAL ???? ... first she bought 2 orders back and forgot the other orders, then she kept giving us the same order to pay for again, the manager was angry and tried to straighten stuff up, we waited about 29-25 minutes for our order, they still never got the orders right but we waited so long we just paid for what they gave us

I hope the owner looks at the cameras after reading this. Stood in line for over 15 mins had multiple employees look directly at me didn’t even acknowledge me or say a single word. They then Proceeded to make coffee right at the front counter and still didn’t say a single word so I walked out. Unbelievable. Says they are open until 1am but were closed before 11pm on a Saturday
