Just tried to get service here, albeit 20 minutes (11:40 PM) before they closed on 11/29/25. We could see a worker walking around inside and another walked from outside and saw us waiting in the drive thru and didn’t acknowledge our waiting the 5 minutes we were there and just walked inside and ignored the drive thru. We just drove to another place instead

Food had an old/ burnt grease taste (nuggets) so did the fries. Changing the grease more frequently could fix this. My burger was on point, though.

Not sure how this dump is still open. Would give 0 stars if possible. Horrible food that made me sick. Service is horrible. At drive thru they said drive thru only could take cash and had to order inside if wanted to use a card, which I think is bull and someone's pocketing the cash because the inside dining register is maybe 6ft from the drive thru one.. and there were zero customers inside. So your telling me you just couldn't use the other register.. but has to be the worst Wendy's I've even experienced and I've been to them all over this country. Close this dump down

I’ve lived near this Wendy’s for a long time. I like Wendy’s food in general. But this particular restaurant is a disaster and has been for years. The service is always painfully slow. The people working there - constantly changing - all seem like they are there only because they can’t find a better option. Everything you love about Chick-Fil-A, rest assured its opposite lives here. No one is happy to be here, including you. Corporate Wendy’s, you need to fix this mess of a store.

I have stopped multiple times at the drive thru and they keep telling me to go inside to order. That’s not convenient when you have your kids in the car so I always leave without ordering

Actually the worst - I live right beside this store and for literal years this place has been the most poorly managed establishment I’ve ever walked into. Food is usually fine…… if you can actually order. The system is always “down” or they are only accepting cash or etc etc - it’s always something. I am able to successfully order food here maybe 1 out of 3 times I attempt? If you are hungry and don’t want to have a 50/50 chance of having to drive to multiple places for a meal, find a different location or store entirely - something is def wrong with this place.

I paid for my food online, went inside the employee told me they are not taking orders inside told me i had to go get in the line. people got food before me and i had already paid for my food. when i received my food i thought it was gonna be good. turns out they gave me EXPIRED CHEESE. !! had all my people taste it to make sure i wont trippin. they ass just tryfling. never again would i eat from here !!!! 3 employees working while 2 other employees on they tail eating !!!!! 0 out of 10 DONT RECOMMEND. - NIYAH

It's 9:20 and it's not open. I had to go thru drive thru to get my Uber order. Took way too long. And this couple wanted to order but she wouldn't accept them bcuz they didn't have a car. Well open ur restaurant and they could order.
