This evening otw to an appointment, we stopped by Wendy's Hopkins Rd rva and order four meals each came with a sauce when I pulled up I asked about a potato. The cashier went off accusing me of being someone who did something before. When I explained that I don't come there and we had just left an way basketball game otw to another place this location was closer her then when on about a possible doppelganger. I said again it wasn't me! When I asked for extra sauce ..cause 1of the meals was a 10pc spicy he said well it's in the bag I said I will pay for an extra sauce so I order 3 more he said it was 60 cents so I gave him my cc again. He charge me for two cheeses totaling 1.27 . He made up th charge and was rude at the end. We drove off and ended up with the three sauces we brought cause none was in two of the four bags we brought. Bad service for this guy at the drive thru window. You shouldn't treat people that way.

This place is seriously a joke. Worst place to get food around here. Drive thru lines always long just for them to tell you they need you to come inside to place an order over the microphone which makes no sense. If they do take your order in the drive thru they usually say only accepting cash. Placed an online order, arrived and waited 30 minutes for said order. Parked off to the side facing the drive thru window and watched 6 employees standing inside and ONLY 1 worked on my order the others where talking, using phones, getting themselves drinks. Then took another 5 minutes for another employee to bring my order out. Todays issue? Order baconator fries, we dont have baconator fries just plain fries and only accepting cash 🙄.

This deserves 0 stars. My husband and I sat at the microphone to place our order for 6 minutes…no one helped us. We ended up driving off and noticed that the guy at the window was on his phone. Won’t ever be here again

This location is right at my house but every time I go the drive thru is closed or they don't have any sweet tea or they say they don't have any frostys and even better they tell you they are out of hamburgers. When you do get to order what you want you will always have to pull to side parking lot and wait approximately 20 minutes and nobody else is in front of you or in the dining room and is usually wrong when they bring it out

Went to Wendy's and drive thru person said previous customer order alot of food and did we want to wait. I told him yes he said more than ten minutes I said ok, he said well why don't u come inside, I said no and drove off and went home. Horrible throw the Wendy's away.

I had a mobile order! The worst service EVER!! It’s nothing but a bunch of kids working that are not organized! They take your order and park you and you wait for Lord knows how long and then the food isn’t fresh and my order was wrong! Never again!!!
