I was greeted with a warm smile but the food was dry, bland and obviously sat under the light too long. They didn't take the time to cook a fresh meal. The food looked nothing like the commercial.

I ordered a family size chilli. Was given 2 large and 2 small chilli. I called for 3 days and no one answered the phone. I came up and waited for 20 minutes for a manger and the women came and argued me the is was 3 large and 1 small. Then it was 3 large and 2 small and she proceeded to curse in the back loud enough for me to hear in the front. A girl with orange hair and a brunette girl proceeded to laugh at me and point as I left. The manager seeing i hadn't left yet had to encourage them to stop. I didn't at all present rude, yell or disrespect them and was met with the most disrespectful behavior I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant.

3 people serving, I waited more than 5 minutes for them to take my order, the woman took it, turned around and didn't even give me the receipt, my boyfriend was going to order too but she didn't come back, the other two people just walked by ignoring that we were there, then the girl came back, threw my order on the table with a rude attitude, I just took my order and we left the establishment without my boyfriend being able to order, I don't think that should be the service and it's worth mentioning that it wasn't busy

This is truly one of the worst places l've been to. Went to the drive through but got the wrong order so went inside to get my food. Dirty dining room, the kitchen looked even worse from where I was standing. Staff has no manners whatsoever, just rude and disrespectful. Food was not eatable, even when starving Don't waste your time and money. They need a good manager here for sure.

They really really struggled to get our order. Not only to get it right, but to get it too us. We were waiting for a long time, and never even ended up getting all our food. The people were not very nice about the situation either. It was an upsetting trip. And for all that, the food lwky sucked.

So I automatically knew something was up when they said only accepting cash, but gave them the benefit of the doubt I ordered a bunch of stuff in the drive-through then waited 1520 minutes. I received my items which was 100% not what I ordered at all so when I tried to go back into the store to talk to our manager to get an exchange or refund, the doors were locked, saying that the lobby was closed when they still had a while ago and when I went back in the drive-through, they wouldn’t even talk to me to where I could get a refund or nothing. Do not go to any of these Wendy’s the ones on Jefferson Davis the ones On iron Bridge, they just need to shut this company down and call it quitsthe ones on Midlothian all suck

Got cut off before I was finished ordering my food, didn't receive all food. No drink carrier for 4 drinks. Weed smell floated out of the window each time they opened and no one there seemed to care about anything at all. Couldn't even do more than mumble, they must have been so high. Ridiculous how low service has gotten. Wont be returning.

I love Wendy’s but this place is trash and I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS. but everytime I order from here it’s one thing after another. Slow drive through. They are always closed at like 10 even though they are supposed to be open till 12. I’ve seen the workers in the job site sleeping on tables. They always have rude attitudes. Couldn’t care less about their jobs. Food is always wrong or old in some way. Never get drinks right. Just so frustrating. They need new management and new hires. Period.
Breakfast sandwich was good but the breakfast potatoes were cold and hard. Service was great

Waited 20 minutes just so they could screw up the order. Dude that brought my food wouldn't leave the doorway to hand me my food. Go to Habit next door or just throw your money in a ditch both are a better option.
