Who owns this franchise ? That person needs to do a pop up at night because the workers are not servicing anyone late at night after 10:30 . Does the owner not want money ? I had to go to the other Wendy’s on Hopkins road for better service .

Sticky floors dirty tables. Very slow ion service. One cook that was very poorly dressed and appeared distracted. Always very lacking in friendly service.

Wow! Thank goodness for the guy from the back coming up and getting my food together so I could finally eat because the lady in the front with the dark hair and tattoos was completely out of it. I stood there for 15mins watching her take our food in and out 3 different bags over and over again and kept asking him for the wrong food items. She would then scratch her head, look confused, cop an attitude when I asked what she was doing and if I could just get my order before it gets any colder and then start reading the receipt order back again and repeat those steps. I finally cracked and asked the guy in the back to come up and help her as she couldn't seem to get it together at all. Then she put the bags up and when I asked for my drinks she scoffed, rolled her eyes and walked away so once again the guy in the back was there to save the day. Don't have that as your front counter person that everyone experiences because now I as well as several others watching this debacle won't be back.

This place needs to shut down if it’s not the credit card machine broken they don’t have anything on the menu. It’s really useless It’s already a Wendy’s on IronBridge Road and it’s another Wendy’s on Hopkins. This one serves no purpose.

It totally sucked French fries were cold. They put Mayonnaise on sandwiches that I asked not to put Mayonnaise on. And then when I went inside, they were very rude. And I don't think I'll ever go back there again. There's too many other places to go

Walked in. Noticed a blanket over a booth. Looked closer and saw one of the employees kids laying down watching videos. What a horrible atmosphere. Lady at register was nasty, unfriendly. I would stay away from this Wendy's.

My experience at this Wendy’s was great. A young lady, who I could tell might be new to the job, greeted me warmly and did an excellent job introducing herself. There was a small mistake with my order, but she quickly handled it by asking her manager for assistance, which I really appreciated.

The food was very fresh—something I haven’t always experienced at other Wendy’s locations. They even upgraded my fries to a larger size to make up for the mix-up, which was a nice touch. Overall, the service was friendly, the issue was resolved quickly, and the food quality was top-notch. I’ll definitely return to this location.

I was in the drive thru at 7 a.m., and no one responded to me. I drove around the building and could see a person inside, but still no one was working the drive thru. I beeped the horn to get their attention- nothing. I went through the drive thru again (there were other cars in line as well, but they also drove off unserved). By this time it was 7:07, and there was still no one serving. If you don't have enough staff, at least put a note up so people don't waste their time.
