Dont come here if ur in a hurry. Dont allow anyone to come inside. If u place a mobile app order u still have to wait in the drive thru for 30 mins to get ur food.

... but the food awful 😖😱, cold sandwich.. prepared wrong, meat looked old and burnt...fries were super cold and then it wasn't that many, 😑😕, the drink was good, nuggets were old,hard and i only received 3, and cold ...I will be calling the manager in the morning....

I became very ill after consuming the food from this location. I should have followed my intuition with not going to this particular location. The food was not hot, the staff did not have on any gloves, and the staff were rude and impatient. I am done with Wendy’s.

Both Wendy's in Colonial Heights suffer from service problems (including no service for 15 min during "shift change", no salads at night despite the app allowing me to order them, and missing items in orders
In addition, the food varies in quality. Sandwiches which include bacon may vary from 2 to 4 strips depending on the day.
