Wow, This place, this Wendys is TERRIBLE. Had to wait at drive up window WAY TOO long & nobody else was there but me. All of their emplyoyees are angry & incpmpetant .Ordered NO pickles & got extra pickles. on the sloppy put together burger. Fries & burger were cold & the BBQ sauce for the Chicken nuggetts smelled like BO. I would give a ZERO rating here , if I were allowed to. This place is just as bad as the one that used to be on John Rolf Pkwy
What is wrong with the ownwers & mgt of this place. They should be shut down for being SO HORRIBLE !!!

I dont know if we got lucky or other reviewers are too picky but we had an awesome meal!
Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. Place was clean. Nice outside area. Big parking lot. It was 6pm on a Thursday!
1000 times better than ours in Fayetteville NC!

I have not been to a Wendy's in several years because they are generally very disgusting - filthy dining rooms, filthy restrooms and sandwiches that are slapped together. Recently I went through the drive-through of the Wendy's on Patterson Avenue in Richmond, Virginia, just to get a Frosty. The female employee working the drive-through that night was clearly was mad at the world, and I was in it. Except for asking to take my order, she did not say a word to me. She also did not give me a receipt or a spoon for my Frosty. When I had the audacity to ask for a spoon and a receipt, she did not say a word, but seemed really annoyed that I asked for those items. I basically got the silent treatment and she wouldn't even make eye contact with me. Thanks to her, I will never visit another Wendy's again. Ever. Her attitude basically confirmed how I have felt about Wendy's for the last several years. They are unappetizing restaurants with extremely poor, and often rude, service. Among the several fast food restaurants I patronize, they consistently prove themselves to be the worst managed with the lowest standards for food service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

Worst food ever please read this post they charge me $7 chicken which is not made it right way no lettuce no tomato only chicken and cheez first they handed me wrong bag when i open it was some diff in there they when i went back counter they said u picked up wrong bag instead apologize for giving me wrong bag worst service all old people working in there uneducated and not active this was my first time here after they build new one i would never come here again

The newer location on Patterson is nice inside (though I didn't go in the bathroom). However, the food at all Wendy’s is mediocre (but better than some other fast food places), and the service at this location is getting worse and worse. The guy taking my order didn't sound like he even wanted to be there and like it was a bother to him to take my order. I got all the way home to discover they didn't put the correct things on the burger, so then I had to waste time and gas to drive all the way back to get a correct burger. The girl came to the window, asked for the first burger, then handed me the correct burger without another word. No apology, no free anything for my time and gas, nothing.

We only order from this location so I can't speak about the atmosphere or workers' attitudes. We've ordered about 5 times now and something is always missing or wrong. Tonight we didn't receive the salad.

I was giving this location the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe the driver left a bag at the store or in their car. But then I came here to leave a review and saw ALL the negative reviews.

Whoever owns this place needs to sell it to someone who loves to own a business and make money. You are failing.

I got the new Krabby patty meal door dashed. Biggest disappointment from a fast food collab. For starters, I can't review the frosty because I never got it. The burger was cold, cheese hardly melted (I live 5 minutes down the road), the fries were stone cold and hard, and I didn't receive ranch. I got my refund and I'm not ordering again. 2.2 stars for a reason I guess.

This Wendy's restaurant was a disaster. The workers were all high school students who seemed more interested in their phones than working. They had disrespectful attitudes when asked to do anything, and it seemed like they had no interest in their jobs. If I was the management, I’d be looking for another job
