We only order from this location so I can't speak about the atmosphere or workers' attitudes. We've ordered about 5 times now and something is always missing or wrong. Tonight we didn't receive the salad.

I was giving this location the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe the driver left a bag at the store or in their car. But then I came here to leave a review and saw ALL the negative reviews.

Whoever owns this place needs to sell it to someone who loves to own a business and make money. You are failing.

I got the new Krabby patty meal door dashed. Biggest disappointment from a fast food collab. For starters, I can't review the frosty because I never got it. The burger was cold, cheese hardly melted (I live 5 minutes down the road), the fries were stone cold and hard, and I didn't receive ranch. I got my refund and I'm not ordering again. 2.2 stars for a reason I guess.

This Wendy's restaurant was a disaster. The workers were all high school students who seemed more interested in their phones than working. They had disrespectful attitudes when asked to do anything, and it seemed like they had no interest in their jobs. If I was the management, I’d be looking for another job

Is this Wendy’s ran by the same people as the old John Rolfe? Punk handling drive through Sunday night 10/6/24 cut me off 3 times when I was trying to order and this sort of attitude starts at the top. John Rolfe was the worst Wendy’s of all time and this one has been just as bad from day 1.

Poor customer service! When going through drive thru check your bag before you drive off people. I’ve worked fast food when I was a teenager so no excuses. Management train your staff better and tell them to pay attention when people order and put the right things in the bag. Everyone should receive a straw with their beverage AND the CONDIMENTS that they request! These are simple things that shouldn’t be forgotten!

Service was very slow for a light crowd, they also gave us a sandwich we didn't order. The food we did order was prepared properly and tasted good.

Parking: Small lot but easily maneuverable

Kid-friendliness: Staff was not shouting obscenities, rare in fast food

The place is very nice and in my case I was taken care of by a good American girl who tried to speak to me in Spanish. Although I spoke to her in English, she told me that she was practicing her Spanish to attend better. That's very noble. The hamburger, my favorite, the beaconburger was freshly made.
