I was just at the #wendys on 2200 E Laburnum Ave, Richmond, VA 23222 and I'm beyond disappointed and reminded why i haven't been to fast food in forever. There were only going kids on staff no real adults in site. The wait was over 20 minutes AND my food was wrong and cold not once but TWICE and not one time was I greeted or even spoken to directly aside from being asked my order.
