The associates are not attentive and are slightly rude. A lot of things were out so you couldn't order but so much. You could only use cash if you came through the drive thru. If you wanted to use your card, you had to come inside. This location honestly needs to be shut down

After waiting for five minutes or more for my food, the drive through cashier tells me that I didn't ask for a large fry with my order when I knew that I had. When I proved that she was wrong, there was no apology whatsoever. Horrible customer service as usual and the burgers weren't even hot after my long wait. And please don't order that disgusting Thin Mint Frosty because it tastes horrible.

Went to Wendy’s just now and ordered a biggie bag and the nuggets was not done at all they were mushy in the middle an on top of that only 2 workers in the building… I’m surprised they haven’t closed this place down the rug on the inside is older than me Wendy’s y’all gotta do better
