So this was one of the worse Wendy's in the Richmond area. This was my first time going to this one in years. My order was confusing but I was clear what I wanted. Based on the total i think I was charged right and the girl at the register was somewhat patient. The order was confusing because I was taking the order from a family market on the phone. I specifically asked for fresh hot fries and with 4 orders it would be justified to make fresh fries. They were cold and I only drove less than a mile to get to my location. Actually none of the food was fresh. Nuggets warm... burgers OK... I ended up reheating then to freshen them up.

Went thru their drive thru order a couple of combos. Went to the window and paid $42. 45. No one was in thw line behind me so I asked if I could add 2 chili's. The guy at the window said I had to drive around the building to order 2 chili's. Literally no one in the line still at the window as I type this and no one has pulled up. Terrible customer service and I will not patronize this location again.

I have been to this location twice in the last week for breakfast in the drive thru. Both times I got the maple chicken bacon croissant sandwich with the breakfast potatoes. The service has been wonderful and my food was hot and fresh with less than a minute wait at the window! The breakfast team here is on top of their game!

Service is awful...repeated my order twice and it was repeated back to me and they still gave me nothing that I ordered...sick of these places. It's just best to cook at home
First of all, the person taking the order repeated my order to me.....not what I received. November 7 2025 evening. I ordered 1 Dave's double just the sandwich, 3 biggie bags with cheese burgers, and BBQ and Tia Chilli sauce. Got home, the Dave's double was a double bacon cheese burger. All biggie burgers were cold, co cold the cheese wasn't melted and bread cold and stiff. Water down grape sodas no carbination....no straws....no napkins....no sauces....no decent service!!!
1 called several times.. no answer.

Go to any other Wendy's, there's always something wrong. Just went and they said they are only taking doordash orders, the heck? The week before they said they only had one worker???? Go to any other Wendy's

Painfully slow service, trashy dining area, all of the workers have zero care for any and all customers who enter their establishment. Either get a completely new staff or do us all a favor and shut down this Wendy’s.
Dark no lights on the menu board an could not read the items. The chili was cold an we didn't get spoons or crackers. The sandwich was cold the food taste like it has been sitting an barely warm

Close the whole store. Employees do not care. Give me the wrong order after I waited 20 minutes outside for a drive thru order. No sense or urgency, professionalism, or customer service at all. The one thing I asked for was No cheese.

We waited in our car for about 35 minutes for our order, even though we were the only car in line when we had originally ordered. During that time, they handed us the wrong food. Despite our telling them multiple times it wasn't ours, they left it with us anyways. They then came back to take the order after we had put our hands all over it—we suspect they just gave it to the car behind us.
Eventually, we had to go inside to remind them about our food. When we finally got it, the order was still wrong: both drinks were incorrect, and the frosty was the wrong flavor.
Avoid location at all costs.

No matter how many people in line or what time you come, you will always have to wait a minimum of 20 minutes for your food. They tell you pull up to wait and then forget about you. Workers also always have an attitude.

Horrible customer service. I set in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. Just to get told in the beginning give me a second sir. I said ok. Then 10 minutes later I said hello. Than the young man said Sir, I told u a second. Then 10 minutes later he said go ahead with my order. Then didn't even have what I wanted. Just terrible!
I have never encountered a more incompetent fast food restaurant. No, I’ve never encountered a more incompetent business ever in my life. I have NEVER received a correct order or an order within 30 minutes. Everyone who walks in there has to wait for them to get their stuff together and make their order, even if they ordered ahead of time. This place is a dang mess.
