Awful service on 3/16/2024 i saw a female employee yelling for a male in a blue car to come help her she almost got hit by a car behind me that pulled off trying to get the employee to help I guess why so much drama on a Saturday morning for a 2 for 3 bundle

Purchased two sausage biscuits on 2/7/24 and the sausage patties were not cooked. The sausage was gray and cold. I tried calling the restaurant 14 times over the course of the day and no one answered. Wasted money and time. I will not return to this location.

What's the point of placing a mobile order for the drive-thru to "skip the line" when they make you come inside regardless?

Though I understand because of the economy and covid that's some fast food restaurants don't have dining option, it's very inconvenient having only drive through option for the customer because, in my case, the fries I ordered were barely warm and half chewy. But because there were five cars in the Drive-Thru there was no way for me to let the staff know that I need it some fresh friesParking: Parking is plenteous. But only drive-thru as in our case, was available

Burger was what you'd expect. Place had the most foul stench inside.
At one point Wendy's was a good meal for the price $4 for 4. But the experience I had today 01/05/2024 was Way Below a ZERO rating. The reason I say that is bc I was trying to get my nephew & husband something to eat b4 we ran errands 4 the day. NO Breakfast menu showing to know what to order. I ordered 3 bottles of OJ (2) orders 6 piece french toast ,a sausage egg & cheese English muffin & a order of potatoes.( $27.& Some change). ALL French Toast COLD through & through. Potatoes lukewarm & I got a Biscuit instead of English Muffin. I don't have enough space to tell you about the customer service. If you Don't like dealing with customers find another job.the Wendy's is off E Laburnum by KFC, Burger King, Popeyes. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY EVER.!!!!???

This location has a sign on the door that says it opens at 9am. Arriving at 9:36am after placing a mobile dine-in order in the app (that also says they open at 9am) I was told they don't open until 10am and had to go through the drive thru. This is unacceptable, if your hours have changed you need to update signage and Wendy's Corp so the app is also updated.
