I ordered through the drive-thru late in the evening, paid, and then arrived to find out my item wasn’t available. They told me I’d have to call and request a refund myself—despite it being too late to reach customer service.
No notice was given, ingredients weren’t prepared, and yet they processed my payment without any prior contact. They also refused to offer a substitute item. This was one of the most frustrating dining experiences I’ve ever had.

Why everytime I come here you have to pull up to wait for one sandwich? I’m the only person in line. There turn around times are not accurate. Customers are waiting around the parking lot for their food. This is ridiculous.

Around midnight, went tbru the drive thru and ordered small fries and 6 piece spicy nuggets. Both were dry and hard as a rock. You could chip a tooth on them

I just came from Wendy's and spent 10 dollars on a order for less food and my drink was a small vanilla cold brew for 1.99 when I got the cup it was a child size cup for a one year old and packed full of sugar I WILL NOT BE GOING TO WENDY'S NO MORE the food was cold, I was parked even when I was the only one in line at the time, I had to go inside to get my bacon, the bacon wasnt even two full strips (more like crumble bacon), and the coffee is terrible, and the sandwich was drowning in butter. Every time I go I get disappointed no more WENDY'S is off my list for good.

I love a wendy's single or double burger but please dont let customers to sit at the drive thru menu waiting over 10 minutes to place an order, to be told by an employee that after a certain time, they only take mobile orders. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied.

FIRE THE ENTIRE 1ST SHIFT.

I stood at the register for over 5min and NONE of the 4 female employees PLUS shift mgr would even acknowledge me.
So I went to the drive thru to pick up an order. I was told that I had to come inside. I explained that no one would come to the register. She snaps back, “Well someone’s at the register now. So I go back inside only you be ignored again.
I’ve been to over 30 states and this was the WORST customer service I have ever seen.

My hamburger ? was raw in the middle, I asked for another, and the same thing happened, I suggested that they turn up the temperature on the grill. The manager had an attitude, and I requested my refund and instead of giving me the amount for the triple Dave sandwich I got the amount for the single sandwich. Never again. It's been years since I went to Wendy's, but my children was hungry.

Stopped into the Belt Blvd location to try out their breakfast instead of going all the way over to McD as was the plan. Went inside rather than drivethru because I needed to look over the options. It smelled like pee inside but time was running short so I stayed. Some disorganization re: checkouts and who could take cash or card was going on so it took several minutes for someone to dig up an AM menu to look at. Placed the order, one egg&cheese croissant with meat and one without, 1 potato side and a cinnabon. The guy asked "so you don't want any meat on that second sandwich?" and I said that was correct. Got home and both sandwiches had meat so I ended up eating yogurt at home after driving all the way out for a badly needed breakfast treat to get me through the end of a rough week. Husband said his food was only OK. Glad he found it edible because he's gotta eat the other one tomorrow. I felt like I needed another shower after going in there. Nasty.
