Just mid..... Service is always slow. Only go there if you like Wendy's and you have limited options. The franchise owner needs to put some money and work into the lobby. The employees forget they are working in the service industry with inappropriate conversations and words.

For starters, there’s a cockroach on the floor
Number two I ordered a baked potato with shredded cheese. They gave me a baked potato with liquid cheese when I asked for another potato with grated cheese they then told me that the cheese comes liquid and graded when I said, I only want it graded. She didn’t handed me a cup with grated cheese only. This location doesn’t even deserve more than one star… is disgusting to eat in a restaurant with cockroaches on the floor and then to top it all off get lied to after you made my order wrong. Oh I was also told that it would take an hour to make a new baked potato if I wanted one or obviously that was just a lie so that they wouldn’t have to make another potato by the way this wasn’t an interaction with an employee. This was a female manager she should be fired.

I waited 5 minutes before someone came out of the backroom, and 7 before I was serviced. The tables were not clean and the floors were sticky. There was no one in the store other than myself.

The food is fine, some people are very nice here but I was really disheartened to see an employee verbally harassing another employee, an elderly woman working the fryer.
It struck me as ironic to see a sign on the staff door saying "kindness starts here."
I know it's hard enough to work in food service, so it would be nice to see employees treat each other with respect.
