Don't go inside if you don't have to. Part of dining area is closed because of leaks causing green alge to grow on the wall and floor. Condiments? What's that? Not even napkins in dispensers let alone ketchup.

I ordered a 20 piece for me and lil sister the nuggets were so hard try and stale this was about 9:30I know fresh food that was not fresh at all and they didn’t answer the phone I don’t understand why or how they could do this we threw the food away what a waste of money and time

If I could give the service a 0, I would. The current manager is rude to their employees and they have no customer service skills. The wait time is long, the food handling and sanitary is extremely poor.

Cashier who took my order was very rude to my friend and I. He complained about our order while putting it in. Said he hates doing Frosty orders. Unacceptable. Never going here again! Clearly there are internal issues. Wish I could leave zero stars. Don't go here if you want Wendy's choose another location. Cashier Deymarcus should not be working there if he has such a hard time doing his job correctly and being professional.

My experience at this location was just horrible. The cashier looks like she just had a nervous itch the whole time we were trying to take care of our order. The management did not clearly understand the requirements for the promotion and we were overcharged.

I would personally love to speak with management about this issue, but honestly, I feel that it won’t do any justice.

If you have time and patience, make sure you walk into this location because they are so engrossed in their conversation that the customer service is just horrible

rude workers, whoever was on drive thru at 4:50 pm on march 14th, rude and disrespectful towards me and my mom. interrupting us when we were very respectful to him. rushing us rudely for no reason. we ended up driving off and going to a better, respectful wendy’s 15 minutes away. no manager should want employees that act in such a way. get better. I would give 0 stars if I could l.

I ate at this location 2 nights ago, paid 26$ for 2 mushrooms and Swiss combos and the food was horrible. I tried to call explain what happened and no one answered the phone. I called again, same as before. I called the next day and still no answer, so here I am reviewing it,an absolute tragedy.my money was wasted,on food we couldn't even eat. We did enjoy mediocre fries however,26$ I'm absolutely upset.ill never eat at this location ever Whoever reads these reviews needs to pay attention, and this location needs serious help.

I drove there ordered a Double Stack Biggie Bag and there was a bug crawling on my son’s food . Today is Friday January the 3rd 2025. I just got off the phone at 4:37 with the manager and he gun up in my face . Be careful eating here, bugs in food & managers can care less about the safety!
