Filthy. Likely the dirtiest place i have seen. At a minimum get the carpets cleaned. I doubt the district/regional managers are maintaining quality control.

THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN. They can’t get nothing right had to send my sandwich back multiple times. Then just did a mobile order and only received half my order then going to say breakfast is over which is why I ordered ahead way before 10:30. Don’t waste your time/money going here. They will give you whatever they want and expect you to be okay with it.

in contention for one of the worst wendy’s in the state. every single time i’ve gone over the past 6 months they’ve either had their entire card reading system down, their rewards scanner down, taken forever or messed up my order. Not once has there been good service. y’all are begging to go out of

Visited the restaurant on Laburnam and the one on Brook Road. Both in Richmond Va. The one on Laburnam never has ketchup and on this day, neither had chilli and it was early afternoon. The one on Brook road had an African American male working at the window. He was pulling up his pants one minute and then preparing drinks which included him taking the same hands he was pulling up his pants with and putting the lid on the drink.

25 minute wait for a simple combo order. Not a single person in the food prep area was wearing gloves or seen washing hands once. The guy who took orders literally grabbed frozen chicken bare handed to put in the fryer after taking an order on the register and was mixing fries with his hands. ?

Got a breakfast sandwich and a coffee at the drive thru on my way to work. Both were room temperature. I probably shouldn't have eaten the sandwich. Dumped the coffee out.
First off I went there 10:00 at night what I want to know is am I trippin or they definitely can’t do math because I got a 6$ biggie bag which she said was no longer 5$ ok cool and 3 jr. Bacon’s a 4 piece nugget and medium fry tell me how was just those small items come up to 22$. Maybe I’m wrong but that sound a little off to me. Oh yea don’t forget half of the items I paid for was not in the bag.
