Went thur the drive thru yesterday 07/30/2025,the wait was long,people were getting out the line,leaving. It was about 5pm,I ordered two burgers,two salads,baked potato and cinabun. Burgers were good this time,decide to eat my cobb salad today 7/31/2025 there's no chicken or bacon on it.. I am so disappointed. It seems like there was a lack of help. This is the Wendy's on Williamsburgs rd in Henrico Va.

7/28/25. Schedule says 2am, arrived at 1:30am after a long flight for a quick bite and both employees ignored my request for service. I was quickly reminded why I don't go to Wendy's anymore.

If I could write a review without giving stars that would be awesome because this Wendy’s deserves NO STARS!!! This is by far one of the worst Wendy’s in Richmond if not the worse!!! The people are rude and they don’t listen the orders are almost always wrong and the food is NEVER FRESH 🤦🏽♀️ people if you don’t like your job then don’t work PERIOD!!! People drive the extra miles and go to any other Wendy’s besides this one.

This is the second time I have come and they don’t answer the speaker and when you pull up they tell you that go inside or get back in line when the doors are locked I had a mobile order this time and they have me pull up and everybody else is getting there order but I have not got mine I been sitting for at least five minutes so far the service here is not good

I order 3 spicy chicken sandwich today i explain everything what i want when i get the order tomato lettuce nd mayo are missing after i recived the food i told her they cant lissen we regret why we come in this restaurant my experience for this restaurant is really bad

Service is always slow at Wendy's 15 minutes sitting in the driveway thru windows for chicken sandwiches, and nuggets are crazy. The sad part of the food was cold...ugh

I ordered on door dash and canceled within 2 minutes of them preparing the food and was only refunded $1.81 that I spent this location is horrible and will keep your mom by any means even if you do not eat their food
