I placed an order on February 19th for delivery and never received it. I have called the store numerous times with no response. The contact center says they are going to refund me in10 -12 days and it’s been months. No help is being offered from any direction. If I could rate less than 1 i definitely would do to the hassle I’ve had to go through.

Its wendys but I was amazed to see the usual 4 for $4 or $5 bag was nonexistent. Instead they had a $7 bag with a double stack 4 nuggets fries and a large drink. You can tell it's the hood though but dude was cool and matched the energy when I gave him convo with the family.

Today 5/28 I got off work later than normal after 11pm. I wanted to grab my child something to eat just in case they were still up and hungry. I paid for a kids meal and ordered myself some nuggets. The service was horrible and they threw my our food in the bag any kind of way. The fries in the kids meal were old and facing upside down in towards the bottom of the bag. If I could rate 0 stars I would this is the second time I've come and the shift has young rude females working. I get that it's fast food but I will not be ordering from the anymore.
