Bathroom floors were sticky as if they had sweet tea or syrup spilled all over the floors that hasn't been cleaned in over 2 days, the food wasn't entirely impressive, the fries were a lot saltier than they probably should've been and the overall service wasn't too entirely impressive either, giving the same feel as a crappy McDonald's. I'd much prefer going to cook-out since there was probably one right down the street anyways.

The food was good, but the service was a bit rough. Waited around 5 minutes before I was able to get my order in. I also recommend remodeling a bit as the floor does look pretty beat up. Needs a lot of cleaning as all tables had a bit of crumbs and leftover napkins.

The food here was great but the booths and the floors were just so nasty they have brown spots and black spots on the booths they just need to remodel that place.

Smelled like straight marijuana all throughout the place! No customers were in there. We had our child with us. Shame on these workers and the manager took our order. Real different times we are living in because ain’t no way this is excusable.

I sat down and charged my phone so I could use Apple Pay to pay for an order (I lost my wallet with my actual debit cards a while back). It was just me and a worker waiting for a ride in the lobby. I sat down and plugged my phone in and this big black manager hit me with an attitude. “Is that all you’re coming in here for?!? If that is you need to leave or order something!” I told him I planned to order something and my phone was the only way I could pay for it. He didn’t even apologize. Instead, he just stood out watching me as if I was a suspicious figure in the crowd..mind you there were only two people in the lobby, INCLUDING ME. Even after paying for my food, I felt disrespected and lowkey profiled. This is why I’m not a fan of Black-operated businesses. And I AM a Black man. They were looking for trouble because they were bored with their lives. Not my problem, “brother”
