So sad they have to put people on break when someone just try to order a late meal . I understand they need a break but at least one need to need help the costumers. I placed an order and unfortunately I had to cancel it because they were in break no one was able to help me with my order. So disappointing never again at this store.

Have eaten here a few dozen times and food is inconsistent. Can be freshly made or cold, there's no way to know unless you specifically ask. At that point, it's still a coin toss. I've been to the location at multiple times throughout the day and been unable to receive service for unknown reasons. At least when it was cheap, the meal was worth it.

Wendy's are not consistent in their quality. You have to evaluate each one individually. If you find a Wendy's that serves you the type of food that you deserve and has the friendly staff that you expect I would continue to go to that Wendy's. Don't be discouraged if you accidentally pick a Wendy's where you do not receive the best. My favorite Wendy's is located off of Staples Mills Rd. It's in the same location as the Dollar Tree. I will update with address later.

This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! The morning shift is always so nice and pleasant but evening time is a whole different story!! I just tried to order 3 biggie bags and was told I have to come in to order that much food! This is not the first time this has happened but you best believe this will be my last visit to this location!
