Employees aren't interested in explaining delays. Been stuck waiting for almost an hour with no explanation.. given drinks but no food? When going inside for information we were ignored. A woman stopped us outside and told us this was an issue for her and many others. DO NOT COME

If a zero star was possible, this would be the time and place.
Service was extremely slow. To say the Jr. cheeseburger deluxe was terrible would be an under statement. I took one bite and threw it out. I will NOT and do NOT recommend this Wendy's.

Went by to grab a snack with my daughter at 2:15pm and ordered a Dave's Single and a Ghost pepper chicken meal with fries and drink. The service was quick and the food was very fresh.

This Wendy's has to be one of the worst ones. I only gave one star, for the fries that were free. They're always out of something. & What they do have, the order is never correct. Took a risk, because it was late. So, not many choices. This was definitely, the wrong choice. Then, order was wrong, after pulling off to the side & waiting with 3 other vehicles. Finally, got home & discovered that the order was still incorrect & inedible. Tried calling, no answer! So, wrote this review. Hoping, I can spare someone the disgusting disappointment of this Wendy's. & Maybe, their make a better choice than here!!

Didnt have breakfast menu displayed at 9am. French toast sticks were raw. Didn't have juice and just seems unorganized and unorganized prepared to serve people. Very annoyed sticks couldnt be cooked to not be batter inside.

i was with my friends and we were js sitting and eating and these three boys threw a cup of ice at us and ran out and the workers were laughing abt it made us clean it up then kicked us out🤦♀️

Terrible attention, I placed an order and I was missing several accessories, it generated so much anger because I ordered another extra thing and it was not sent

I had an issue with an order so the new GM Dennis and his team communicated and worked swiftly to correct the issue. Major thanks to them! (Plus the food is always great😊)

To come to Wendy’s and for employees to tell customers they are out of nuggets is outstandingly sad. When that is the most common food item everyone buys there and to be honest this establishment will lose money this way. Asking the employee at the window if I ordered the biggie bag what would I get in place of the nuggets she only says “we can sell that due to there being no nuggets”!! Blew my mind and highly upset this night when I heard that.

Needed a quick bite and went to the drive thru to be greeted by an employee laughing in the microphone, I had to request for service then another employee talked over her asking if I wanted to upsize my order and I said no and could one person talk at time, the laughter continued and the first employee told me I could to ahead with my order when I already ordered, so I decided to drive away and won’t be returning to this mess of a location.

This Sunday, all of the employees I saw were doing other thing that taking care of customers. The store manager was not around, he is always sharp and looking up to help. But that time he was not around. Who saved the day was a new employee. A young african american lady name Kim, she is amazing, working like a pro and giving the best customer service any only dream. If not for her, I'll be writing a terrible review but her professionalism changed a bad review to a good one, only for her. The rest of the team truly need to re train, specially in customer service.
Wendys will gain a lot if Kim becomes a manager. She truly deserves it!!!.
I pulled up to order food on a Sunday afternoon. I was told they were in the middle of a shift change and could not take any orders. The person at the window didn't know when they'd reopen. If you're not going to be open, change your open hours.
