Went by to grab a snack with my daughter at 2:15pm and ordered a Dave's Single and a Ghost pepper chicken meal with fries and drink. The service was quick and the food was very fresh.

This Sunday, all of the employees I saw were doing other thing that taking care of customers. The store manager was not around, he is always sharp and looking up to help. But that time he was not around. Who saved the day was a new employee. A young african american lady name Kim, she is amazing, working like a pro and giving the best customer service any only dream. If not for her, I'll be writing a terrible review but her professionalism changed a bad review to a good one,...

Doors not open for walk-in for breakfast (carryout preorder) @ 8 am. Went to drive through window, three employees past the window before one came to it. Then get attitude about having to still go to the drove through to ask for pickup order. I asked about coming in for pickup order since the doors were not open and when we're they suppose to be open...I got eye-rolled at. I'd have to go back around to ask for pickup/carry out order again. Then was told they were going...
