They always get the food right but every time I order Sunday night. Drinks are non existent. Like I pay for a drink and every time I go there, all the drinks are gone except tea or juice. I get it if it’s every once in a while but every time I order Sunday it’s the same thing.

Worst customer service. I ordered online and driver messaged saying the employee said that they stole my order and he couldn't do anything about it. I then called the store waited 40 min for someone to answer just to tell me the same thing I asked for his name and he replied your not my boss I don't have to give you my name and hung up. Left me out of money and no food. Will never order here again

I found this to be a very decent wing alternative to BW3. Wings were up expected quality and order was ready for pickup when I arrived. Review from familia, has one question. Why were you in the back instead of in the front for health reasons. I would be concerned that some stranger is in the back while I'm preparing meals.

I had a terrible experience at this Wingstop. I came to pick up an order and when I went to the back to ask about it, the guy in the kitchen responded rudely, telling me to “ask in the front” — when he could’ve just said it politely. His attitude was completely negative, as if he didn’t want to do his job. From the very beginning, it was clear he had no intention of providing good service. I’m definitely not coming back. Customer service should be a priority.

They were crowded and back up on the day we went but they handled the large volume of customers well. Wings are always good. Or I’m always starving. Either or. Good selection. However, I didn’t particularly care for the Mexican style new flavor they have. I’ll just trade them out of one of the other many flavors I enjoy the next time.

The food was good, but the service was not. I placed an online order and arrived at the specified time only to find 10 people standing around waiting on food. The 3 employees there seems to not even care. When I did get some help, the employee acted like it took all her energy to speak to me. Store management might need to be changed..
