The food was garbage 12/01/24. Waited an hour for food just to get home and my boneless chicken was overcooked and hard. It was like they refried old chicken. My kids and I spent close to $80 and all the chicken was hard. It was like they refried old chicken. How are they so busy with orders and all of the chicken was overcooked?

I would give this location no stars if possible. First all, there's no options on their website to do "light" seasoning so we have to call or go in person (i sincerely hope this gets fixed because it's not hard to do). Trying to call their store routes you though another company that hangs up on you mid conversation when ordering and then when they do answer and transfer to the store, the store hangs up on you. This happened twice in one day. So we drove to the store and the guy at the front register tells me he's not allowed to do walk ins and was very rude.
Furthermore, there was about 15 people waiting for orders and no one called out any of the orders so they just piled up until someone brought it to their attention. The staff acted like the customers were am inconvenience. And then strike 3 was that there was no drinks available and was not warned ahead of time so I paid for a drink I wasn't able to get. All around bad service.

This is the slowest location I’ve ever been to. We have waited an hour for food. They do not move with a sense of urgency and there were even workers sitting in the back just hanging out talking as one person cooked and prepped.

Came literally at 10:40 on the dot which they close at 11:45 but was told they’re only taking online orders. What’s the point of having a store front if I gotta go online to order over an hour before it close. Wasted my time and I’m not about to go online for it to take even longer. If I wanted to go online I would’ve doordashed

The wings are always on point! The Cajun bone-in is my favorite. We just need the staff to wipe the tables when diners leave 😬
I love this location. They always get my order correct. They are way better than Meadowdale Wingstop because forgot my chicken and my drink with my delivery order caused me 30.00 to reorder my chicken and soda.

The slowest service. If you need to get food quick don't go to this location. The wait time is outrageous and they don't give you a timeframe for your food your lucky if they even address you.

Could you guys at least call out the names of the person that you’re serving when their order is ready and you see multiple people sitting in the lobby? Servers in the back playing in each other‘s hair completely ignoring the front and letting food get cold
