I had the location in Chesterfield, Virginia.The people working were kids being disrespectful in the lobby talking about customers walking around while on break. The female manager was “acting” like she was annoyed but you can they do this all the time!It took 37 minutes to get my food. 37 minutes!!!The prices are high for what? I’ll never try Wing Stop again.

My first time there it was a very pleasant and positive experience, the atmosphere was great and the cashier who took my order was very professional and curteous her name is Amiyah she was so awesome " and I can say that all the staff were very neat looking and working very hard, the establishment was very clean too!

Usually we love wingstop - have been many times in Colorado. Not sure if they cleaned the friers and didn't rinse out the chemicals but our wings tasted like chemicals. I couldn't eat more than one because it was very concerning. Of course their ranch is always great. Service was a nightmare. Ordered online took twice as long as the app said it would. Cashiers looked very lost when we asked if our food was one of the 10 bags on the shelf. Unfortunately we likely will not be going back. Maybe just for the ranch.

3 orders of wings, or smelled no to good when my kid got in the car. I just was like, "whatever. " Long and short, I drove 25 minutes back to take that nasty chicken back. However, that is my fave Wingstop and still is. I was just an off day, obviously, I don't mind trying again...oh yeah, I have to check if the refund came on my kids card.Update: Wingstop has refunded our $70 back. For that, I have gained some respect back. It was obviously a lackadaisical cook that day.Wheelchair accessibility: Available
Season fries was sweet as hell my wings was warm & slimy idk who was cooking tonight but do better for real overall I'll give my food a 5 sorry

Came in to no one acknowledging me. Waited about 5 min then went to get something from my car and came back in to a girl coming up and asking me if I was picking up. This was about 10 min past my pickup time when she told me they were just waiting on fries. About 10 min later we got our order. We enjoyed the fries a lot but the wings were soggy which I know can happen in a container on the drive home. We would probably come back for a quick bite but wouldn’t expect fast friendly service.

I went to this particular Wingstop after ordering on line, they were helping a female with her order so I wanted my turn. The female began to get a little irate about her order, she stated it should've been ready at 3pm. But the worker I believe his name was David kept his cool. The female wanted extra items that she didn't order, wanted to speak to the manager threatened him with going to corporate. He still continued to keep his cool and tried to help and not once did he raise his voice or was disrespectful. Wingstop needs more employees like that gentleman he took it on the chin and kept his composure for the company. Way to go young man
