This review is for Wat the manager. Our order was made wrong. It was supposed to be 10 lemon pepper and 10 hot honey. We called and were told to bring the receipt. I drove there and told the young lady Nay who was professional the whole time. She told the manager what happened and he immediately said no I’m not making them, she needs to bring the wings. He came to tell me and I told him I don’t have the wings. I was only told to bring the receipt. He proceeds to say how do I know you’re basically telling the truth? I said why would I be lying about 10 wings after I just drove over here? I asked you really don’t believe me over wings and he said “I trust myself”. He said “he made them and he knows he didn’t mess up”. I offered to get pictures and he implied I could be lying about that. That people send fake pictures and lie all the time about wings. I convinced my husband to show all the wings showing that half were not lemon pepper through text. Wat the manager didn’t even believe that and said he couldn’t tell. He said he would make them and that he called the general manager and another manager, and they both told him NOT to make them. Mind you it escalated into talking loud over wings. And another young lady wouldn’t even give me Wat’s name, not Nay (she was professional). We go there often and I have never had an experience like that. And as long as he’s there, I will not go back. I will show pictures of the wings that we’re not made correctly. You would have thought that order came out of his check. Super disappointed. Pictures added of wings we took out of the trash to show they were accounted for. I shouldn't even have had to do that.

Been ordering here consistently for a few months. These folk put their FOOT! In a fried hard dry rub wing. Idk about anything else. Their wings have yet to disappoint. Sides are good as well.

Wingstop on Mechanicsville. Always thought Tenders were the best except my last order they were dark and overcooked. My order was delivery. Drove back to store. Cashier didn't apologize for inconvenience but did cook fresh tenders for me. Arrived back home to discover they had also given me wrong drink.

I drive 10 minutes out of my county past another wingstop for the cleanness and good customer service. I hope they can maintain this as it's still a newer location. Wingstop is never fast but the service a friendliness at this location make it's all better.

I ordered through door dash. It was very quick and my fries weren't even spilled into the bag which is great. I ordered 20pc wing with 3 different flavors and they separated them all from each other with paper

I will never ever ever come to this wing stop again I waited over an hour and 20 minutes for my food the person that ordered in front of me had got his food and was gone about 20 minutes 2 ppl that came in and order got they food before me and I'm telling them this and all he could do was put his hands up like he don't care I will never spend my money with them again then I get my food the fries is wasted all in the bag they need to do better never again for me

This place is clean, good food, hard working group. I had a large order placed, all hands was on deck and they delivered. Even though they had a few issues, no one complained. They had smiling faces an food was still neatly packed.
Cheyenne, the general manager very nice and professional!! Handled every customer with patience and care, kudos to her. The rest of the staff were also great!!

Small place, some places to sit, no trash can and long wait times. The fries are not good, they taste like dirt and old. The chicken is okay, but they should have a default sauce for the sandwich, because up charging for sauce on a dry sandwich doesn't make sense.
Update: The phone customer service is terrible, they got an attitude and hung up on me, because I called twice.

I go here regularly like if I put my name they would know exactly who I am that’s how much I go. lol recently I’ve been disappointed because I ask for well done and it hasn’t been that. I have to go home and put them in the air fryer. My husband couldn’t eat them at all and just made a sandwich with spending over $100. Also my recent visit the wings were big and I dislike big wings as to why I choice Wingstop. I’ll wait a while beofre I return. I will say the ladies at the front are always awesome.
