Food was under cooked my stomach hurts I rather American best than this place

Mid at best!! And I'm bias because it looks black owned and I typically support. First and last visit, let's get into it. I arrived and made it known my first time there, no response. Went ahead and ordered, not knowing it would take a good 15mins with no warning. I went to ask the cashier for an ETA, was on my lunch break. The cashier forgot my order, so I had to remind her. But to go even further, the cook apparently was having a bad day! I waiting for a mediocre burger and fry that was a temp above room temp, not cold. But for the wait, I anticipated a hot meal considering the price also...Save your money and go somewhere with a welcoming atmosphere and that you'll get what you pay for!! We must do better.

They keep the feathers on their wings which means they do NOT clean them properly

Ate here this evening . Ordered wings and frys combo . Buddy of mine got strips and frys . Order taker very helpful since we were out of towners . Food portions were great and cooked to perfection . Prices were great as well even in this economy .. thanks again ..

Hands Down the Best in the State!
It absolutely blew me away! If you're a foodie like me, stop what you're doing and get there NOW. The wings? PERFECTION. Crispy, sauced just right, and full of flavor. The Philly cheese steak sub? Melt-in-your-mouth delicious with every bite loaded, cheesy, and seasoned to perfection. And the fried rice? I’m convinced it’s the best in the entire state. Seriously, it could go head-to-head with top Asian spots and still win.

But what made this visit even better? The service. Fast, friendly, and on point. You can tell they care about both their food and their customers. WNB Richmond isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience. Five stars without hesitation. I’ll be back again and again!

“I don’t know who the cook was in the back, but the food was absolutely incredible—flavorful, fresh, and perfectly prepared. Mya was top-notch: friendly, attentive, and professional. Fresh, hot and made to order! This isn’t fast food so be willing to wait on your next quality meal. We got the fried rice and burgers to go, some of the best quality in RVA! Open your mind and give this a try….

Don't go to this location the food is not good and they just gave me hidden valley ranch for w&b ranch; saying they keep ordering it but the truck never brings it.and the rice was hard.
