WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

In my opinion they have THE BEST CHICKEN 🐔 around. Also, their bacon 🥓 cheddar cheese 🧀 fries 🍟 they hit the spot. This is my new go to spot for my chicken 🐔 and fries 🍟. A MUST GO spot to eat.

The cheeseburger I got was amazing. I ate it in probably like 6 bites. I wanted to buy another but it was so big and filling, I didn’t even need to. Wings were cooked to a crisp perfection. I highly recommend the garlic parm or lemon pepper. 10/10

WNB Factory has the BEST wings hands down! The wings are perfectly crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. My top favorite flavors are Garlic Parmesan and Lemon Pepper—they’re absolutely mouthwatering! The portions are generous and definitely worth every penny. Every bite is a delight, and I can’t get enough. I’ll definitely keep ordering from them again and again. Highly recommend if you’re craving delicious wings! Five stars all the way! (In the picture Jammin jerk is in it with garlic Parmesan and their strawberrry milkshake 🥹🙂😂) GET A MILKSHAKE!!! Trust me. And the boneless wings are TOP TIER. AMAZING PORTIONS. Just get it, get everything 😂

Brioche bun makes the burgers taste better and upgrade to another level!! Outside of Wings are very crispy and it’s inside is soft and tasty. I will definitely come back and try some other meals such as steak and cheese sub. and chicken sandwich

I ordered through door dash the food took forever to get here. I tried calling the place but the phone was off the hook I guess. Food was not hot when it go here

The food was absolutely delicious! They gave me the wrong to go order, but I think it was better than what I ordered, so no complaints here lol! I came in and said my name and I was giving a bag, not my fault , didn’t mean to take someone else’s order!

My first time ordering from here. I had some what a big order. I had 4 Bacon cheese combo meals and one jurk chicken wing combo. The lady that took my order was having a hard time with my order. Out of the four bacon cheese burgers some of tge burgers has no tomatoes, no onions etc. The lady that couldn't speak English well couldn't get my order done right I knew then there was going to be an issue. I was getting these order for my co-workers. Meanwhile returning with the meals one was missing a bacon cheese burger with mayo plain. When I returned the Asian lady that had a hard time with my order I showed her my recipe explaining to her that one burger was missing instead of acknowledged the mistake she keep claiming that she did the order correct. Her voice became loud and Defensive. Then she says that the order was to big
That's when I told her that if tge order was to big you shouldn't be up front taking orders if you couldn't handle it. Nothing was resolved this was my first time Patronizing this business and the last time. This is why I'm writing this review.

The good was great tasting place was a smidge expensive for 2 people who ordered 2 burgers ended up paying over 30 bucks and they had no air condition in 90+ heat

Decent food, but terrible service. Please just replace the lady behind the counter/phone.The couple times I've been in person she's unhelpful at best, downright rude at worst. Communication is rough, then she'll not try to clarify your order, or try to help you navigate the menu choices.Tried calling in an order once and they told me to order online, and hung up. I'm assuming because of way too many communication issues or wrong orders.
