Decent food, but terrible service. Please just replace the lady behind the counter/phone.The couple times I've been in person she's unhelpful at best, downright rude at worst. Communication is rough, then she'll not try to clarify your order, or try to help you navigate the menu choices.Tried calling in an order once and they told me to order online, and hung up. I'm assuming because of way too many communication issues or wrong orders.

Beautiful inside, very clean, but its cold in there. The food was hot and very well seasoned. I ordered the honey mustard flavored wings and a mango smoothie. I loved the quotes on the wall telling the origin. I ate inside and it was peaceful to eat in a clean establishment especially with the location beinf a busy shopping location.

Do not order delivery from this restaurant. Paul needs to get his front person in order. Every time I order delivery my order is wrong. When I call the restaurant, the oriental woman always plays dumb. First it was I never placed an order then it was I ordered my burger plain when it clearly said plant based. When I arrive to the restaurant, she wants to laugh it off as if it’s funny telling me about how busy she was and she read the receipt wrong after she argued me down on the phone that I ordered my food plain. it appears to be a regular occurrence with this restaurant. They need a new person running the front because at this point I have no plans on spending any more money at this restaurant which is sad because the food is good.

This place is BANGIN.... Has the double burger with fries and it was one of the best in rva that I've had. Just go there and you will see that EVERYTHING they have is perfect!!!!!!!

I ordered a 12" sub. The owner gave me two 4" subs and try to say it was 12. Two other people in my party order the same thing and you could clearly see the difference. His excuses was that they must have cut it wrong. Any way you cut a 12" it should still measure up to 12" not 8". I hope everyone measures the sandwiches they are giving you. I told him I would pay for a 6" but not a 12" when I got 8". He refused to compromise in any way. This place has the worst customer service ever. And who knows how many people they do this to a day. If you go there and get a sub, plan to be robbed, ripped off, deceived. Worst business ever. Stay away.

Pretty good across the board. My son got a Cheeseburger Combo and I got a cheese steak with added mushrooms combo. Both of us thought every tasted pretty good, my son remarked that he thought the bun was really good, I agree with my sub roll. Not a fan of natural cut fries, but these were ok. Not a hugh place, handful of tables. Lots to choose on the menu. Have one of those free style soda machines to choose drinks. It made a mess getting my drink, sprayed all over the place. We would definitely come back and maybe try some wings.
This place is very dirty. The drink machine was disgusting and had other drinks falling into your cup. I asked them to clean it and he just looked at it and never cleaned it even though it was visibly disgusting.

Seen this new spot & wanted to give it a try. We walked in & wasn't greeted. It was this chubby looking Asian incel behind the counter. The phone was ringing nonstop but he wasn't answering it. Was examining the menu & didn't see any flavor for wings so we asked him what are the flavors for wings & he just pointed at this separate sign that wasn't on the menu but on the counter. Place had a bad energy & buddy seemed to have an attitude or whatever. She we left.Not about to be patronize no establishment that seems to not understand the benefits from having a welcoming & thankful attitude for their customers. I don't need your food. You need my business.
