Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

So went thru the drive thru on my lunch break and order a house salad but when I got back to work wrong food why can’t they people that’s taking orders just stay off their phone and pay attention to what people are ordering

I was visiting from out of town with my boys, and we stopped by Zaxby’s because they were hungry. Although the restaurant was close to closing, the doors were still open. A young lady was cleaning the lobby but didn’t acknowledge us at all—she just kept cleaning without even a glance.

Another young woman behind the counter asked if we were there for a pickup. When we said no, she walked away without explanation. We stood there for at least 5–10 minutes before the girl from the lobby finally came behind the counter, but even then, she never said a word—not even “I’ll be right with you.”

This was hands down the rudest customer service experience I’ve ever had. It was frustrating, disappointing, and unacceptable. If you don’t want to work in customer service, that’s understandable—but until you move on, at least show some basic respect to the people coming through the door.

Zaxby’s needs to address this. It left a terrible impression, and as a paying customer, I expected better.

Why does it take so long?! Are they going out and killing the chickens and growing the lettuce?! Waited at least 30mins in the drive thru just to be told to wait in the parking lot 🤦🏼‍♂️

Out of multiple items , including there house sauce . The worst was they couldn’t even make Texas toast right, it’s just toast and the chicken they served was pathetically tiny,
Please save your money on this trash location and go to Canes instead, they serve a chicken strip like advertised instead of a chicken nugget like this sad excuse of a joke , the fry is the same size of the chicken “strip”

This location is always out of something. Out of fries, out of cheese, out of chicken, out of Zaxby's. If they aren't out of that, usually they are out of customer service. There have been some great interactions with some of the employees here, but there are also some that just lack zero customer service. There have been a few times I've pulled up to the window and gotten the munchies, if you catch my drift. I am disappointed because this is the closest Zaxby's near me. I really hope management works on getting things pulled together here or I'm just going to somewhere else that serves sub pare food with sub pare service.

I had a terrible experience at Zaxby's. This was my first time trying their food, and it will definitely be my last. The food was absolutely disgusting, flavorless and unappetizing. I also ordered Honey Mustard sauce, but they gave me Zaxby's sauce instead. I had to throw it away because it contained ketchup, and I’m allergic to tomato products. Overall, it was a really disappointing meal, and I won’t be coming back again."

I always enjoy Zaxby’s, and this visit was no exception! Their chicken fingers are absolutely delicious, and I love that they offer so many sauce options—way more variety than Raising Cane’s. The crinkle fries needed a bit more salt, but that was an easy fix. The Texas toast, on the other hand, was a little too salty for my taste. The coleslaw was just okay, nothing special.

Now, the cheesecake bites were amazing, but they forgot my strawberry sauce, which was a little disappointing. However, they totally redeemed themselves with the frozen lemonade, absolute perfection! Seriously, it was chef’s kiss good.

Overall, Zaxby’s is definitely my go-to over Raising Cane’s, and I’ll keep coming back! Just a few small tweaks, and it would’ve been a five-star meal.

We put in an uber eats order for today and to our surprise were contacted with an explanation that this restaurant was refusing to remake our order because they already made it once. Human error happens however, it should not inconvenience the customer. Clearly folks are incompetent, not detail oriented, and are moving to quickly which resulted in them giving out the wrong order. A shame that the restaurant was not willing to eat the cost and do the right thing. Management and workers need proper customer service training and a reminder to triple check orders to ensure it goes to the right customer.

Not as good as I remember or as nice as Staples Mill. I waited 20 minutes for a grilled cheese and the sliders. There were no other guests in the restaurant. After the long wait the fries were hard, cold and unseasoned. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean though. The parking lot could use some love.

3 Stars.. only because fries weren’t hot.. but I’m not mad at it because they were about to close and I understand what happens at the end of the night. Service was great.. quick.
