This location is always out of something. Out of fries, out of cheese, out of chicken, out of Zaxby's. If they aren't out of that, usually they are out of customer service. There have been some great interactions with some of the employees here, but there are also some that just lack zero customer service. There have been a few times I've pulled up to the window and gotten the munchies, if you catch my drift. I am disappointed because this is the closest Zaxby's...

I always enjoy Zaxby’s, and this visit was no exception! Their chicken fingers are absolutely delicious, and I love that they offer so many sauce options—way more variety than Raising Cane’s. The crinkle fries needed a bit more salt, but that was an easy fix. The Texas toast, on the other hand, was a little too salty for my taste. The coleslaw was just okay, nothing special.

Not as good as I remember or as nice as Staples Mill. I waited 20 minutes for a grilled cheese and the sliders. There were no other guests in the restaurant. After the long wait the fries were hard, cold and unseasoned. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean though. The parking lot could use some love.
