Service is a tad slow but always comes out correctly and hot. Theirs a broken table or 2 inide but it still has plenty of seating.

This place is absolutely top tier. The food is always hot and fresh, they never skimp out on sides, and the staff is always super friendly and helpful -- especially the night time crew. I hope this location never changes, because it's hands down the best in the area. For reference I've only eaten here on weekends, so maybe the weekend staff is when its best.

I ordered the Avocado Ranch BLT Tacos. I did not have any tomatoes. I spent my entire break trying to call the store. I ordered the same thing yesterday thinking that someone was having a bad day but today my order was messed up again. The manager can reach out to me via my personal email. I want to give a huge shoutout to the Zaxby’s team working the night of Friday, October 10. They truly deserve some recognition. From the moment I pulled into the drive-thru, I was met with kindness and patience—even though I was having a tough day and didn’t even know what I wanted to order.

The gentleman working the drive-thru was incredibly helpful and friendly. He offered suggestions and even shared a few of his favorite items, which made the whole experience feel more personal. You could tell he genuinely cared about giving great service.

The kitchen crew also went above and beyond—my food was fresh, hot, and made with care. It was clear they were working as a team and keeping a positive attitude. This group turned my night around, and I left with not just a great meal, but a smile.

This location has earned a loyal customer. Thank you to the team for making a difference—I’ll definitely be back!

Went in on a Friday night was charged twice for one meal told the manager she “refunded” my money but really charged me a third time. Then told me I had an attitude. She refused to give me my money back. I called corporate they sent me a $10 gift card. Still out $20. Going back to get my money today or at least fight for it but I will never eat Zaxbys again. Rude employees on cell phones. Was told the owner would call never heard from him and I’ve called corporate 3 times. Was told they could refund my money twice third time was told I have to go to the location. Absolutely the worst
