Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I had the amazing pleasure of meeting Shaquille last night at this location. What turned out to be an issue between Zaxby’s and Amex transaction on my payment …and no the card wasn’t declined. Charge went through for $104 but something between the accepted charge and this locations ability to produce order happened. Shaquille who is a manager calmed me down and was SUPER PROFESSIONAL. This is the kind of manager that the completion should be looking to recruit. 5 claps for Shaquille and the wonderful service. ?????

I’ve been going to this Zaxby’s since I moved here 6 years ago & today I got the best most efficient customer service & food, the young guys were in there making it happen. Hats off to yall

If you have not yet tried the chicken and bacon ranch loaded fries you are seriously missing out. I could quite easily eat from there every day of the week. I go at least once a week when on lunch breaks at work.

zaxbys is my favorite restaurant but there's none in pennsylvania (yet, hopefully) and the service was really good, i don't remember the cashier's name but he was very nice to me but i didn't have like any cash on me to give a tip. only thing i was upset about was how the soda machine didn't have lemonade because im a lemonade fiend but that's not really their fault especially since it was busy. i got the #1 and the chicken tenders were superrrr juicy and the fries had really good flavor, seasoning, and crispiness. the toast is amazing and the sauce has good flavor. they also have a very good variety which is why id choose them over canes any day sorry

Heard a lot of good things about this place, but it disappointed. I had to wait a long time at the counter for someone to come and take my order. The food came pretty fast, but it was cold and tasted like it was left out for a while. The dining area is clean and looks great, though.

You drive up to order food they rush you...get to the window, they don't speak or not customer service friendly. I WON'T BE BACK. MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED AND EMPLOYEES. RESTURANT IS FILTHY WENT IN TO USE RESTROOM. I WILL BE CALLING THE HEALTH DEPT. WHERE DO YOU FIND THESE EMPLOYEES CHAMBERLAYNE?

The food is served hot. Usually eat the chicken strips. Most of the time the strips are of good size. Once in a while you might get a half of a strip. Service has been consistent. Large drink cups are flimsy styrofoam. Recommend you bring your own cup to transfer to. Peach tea is my favorite.

The only reason you don't get five is because when I don't ask for extra sauces you load me up, whenever I do ask I don't get them. Does this look like extra zax sauce and some ketchup? And I ordered a 4 finger plate, so y'all shorted me on that too

Came in at 7:45pm employees standing around doing nothing. Dining room floor was sticky all over, multiple tables dirty. Employee with blue hoodie picking his nose and not washing his hands.

Ate lunch here with a friend. He'd never been to a Zaxby's before so I thought he'd enjoy it. He did? He loved the decorations and atmosphere and said he preferred Zaxby's to Chick-fil-A but the latter still has better waffle fries....lol.All in all ..... the food was good, the place was clean and my friend enjoyed it.Good job Zaxby's.

Went to Zaxby's this evening, went to the drive thru asked the lady taking the order for one second to get my daughter order right. Less than 1 minute, I told the drive through I was ready. Got no response for about 2 minutes. Thinking I spoke low, I spoke up, "We're ready". I was told " Give me a minute ma'am we are trying to catch up with orders. I sat at the drive-thru for 5 minutes in silence. Watched cars in line behind me leave. Finally, I decided to leave the line and go inside. I walk out my car in the rain into Zaxby's waited 5 minutes to have my order taken then waited 20 mins just to ask for a refund and leave with no food. Tameka B was pleasant and moving to get orders of those leaving the drive through line too. There were workers talking, had phones, just standing and waiting around. Lady with the headset, assuming the one who had me sitting, (first in the line) in the drive-thru for an extended amount of time. She seemed unbothered and not busy just standing there. I wasn't offered a comp or discount for the unjustly wait, just three cookies I didn't ask for. I spent a total of 30 minutes of my life there and ended up with no food. Irresponsible service. Tameka tried but I could tell she was spent so I tried not to give her a hard time. Went to the one on broad st directly after leaving the one on staples mill. Ordered at the drive thru, by the time we got to the window our food was hot, fresh and ready to go!
