Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The breakfast menu has so many creative choices, all delicious.

Girl who took my order at front counter had her fingers all in her mouth touching peoples food….. Food was stale and there was hardly and sauce on our chicken and no seasoning on fries. The drink machine look like it hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. The machine also has a trickling sounds coming from that back of it which is from something constantly leaking on the floor. This place is SUPER nasty and not professional at all… please take this in consideration this is my first time ever leaving any type of review but I was completely blown away with the service and environment of this location. This people and who work the window and register are TRASH!!!

How the hell does a chicken place run out of chicken? Would give lower than 1 star if I could.

Asked for zak pak got wings and things girl said she could not hear me y'all need to really educate your employees on the menu ,menu stated zak pak you can get 10 traditional wings and fries and bread it's late was supposed to be a quick dinner tonight so annoyed

I went to this location at 5 pm during the day. It did not have any signs stating that it was closed in the drive through. I pulled into the drive through and was waiting behind 2 other cars who were waiting a very long time. I couldn’t tell if they ordered or not. Once they pulled away after about 15 min of waiting I pulled up to order. No one said hello or said anything. I said “hello, hello” with no answer. I did see several children walking in and out of the back towards the dumpster area. This must have been break time for the entire work force that was there. As they walked by me no one said “hey we are closed, or hey we can’t take your order”. I was so confused, I never did get my order taken. There was a car behind me and I could tell they were very impatient as well so I drove off after waiting about 5-10 min with no answer from the order station. As I drove around to leave I could see the drive through window open.

Not sure if I was singled out and they just didn’t want to take my order? Or it’s because the children were left in charge for the weekend and just didn’t feel like working at that moment. So strange and I can honestly say I have never experienced this. I travel for work and I’m not usually at Richmond, VA so maybe this is just common practice and this location doesn’t like to make money. Very strange and probably wont go back.

Ordered the chicken bacon ranch fries and got this smh...chicken was very dry. Wasted my money. No one will pick up the phone.

After coming off of a delayed flight, I wanted to try something new since I have never been to Virginia or Zaxbys. I ordered on the app and pulled into the drive thru where we waited 40 MINUTES, before even getting to the window. Once we were at the window, we were told they were out of Diet Coke and Coke Zero. Okay, we switched to peach tea. This took another few minutes and the girl at the drive thru was standing there holding our drinks and arguing with the other person in the restaurant. Handed us our drinks and didn’t say anything to us. My order was missing items and was not worth the wait.

The place is disgusting. Staff was sleeping in the booths. When we asked for something to clean the table they told us they don’t have anything and don't clean the tables. We asked someone else and they said they would try and clean it. Eventually they had someone come out with a damp rag who swiped part of the table. The floor and tables were sticky.

I was treated very disrespectful. Married to a Hispanic man to be treated like I was for being blond haired and blue eyed. I tried to place an order the girl at the register looked at her coworker and said I'm not waiting on HER!! And walked away. The coworker apologized and took my order.

Absolutely terrible, doordash driver, arrived at 10:00 when storefront was supposed to be open and wasn’t, proceeded to wait in a 45 minute line in the drive through. Dont come here

Nothing like getting off work and trying to get a meal 3 Days in a row to deal with careless attitudes,nasty store,the manger could care less and you get there a hour before closing the third day in a row for the workers to sit back and chat with there hoods up talking with one another and your in line at the order for more than 30 minutes. If you want great food and help with care go to KFC or Popeyes or hell lowes it won't be here. Very sorry place... what a shame one star for me wish i could do no stars my family and i we spend alot of money with zaxbys.. never again at this location.

Stopped at this location, several times while visiting the area, as our hotel was just down the road. Service was fast, the lady behind the counter was very happy to answer my Aunt questions about the menu. Food always came out hot.
