Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I work in the Shopping Center, so I order from this location often.

I made a visit on Saturday 02/07

The Drive through line was pretty long (Not a problem)

I waited longer than usual at the window for the food (Not a problem)

But when I got the order and grabbed my first piece of chicken on my way back to work, and the chicken felt “Luke warm” at best. (Now its a problem)

Waiting for hot food makes sense. This is Fried Chicken, and fried chicken is Hot. Waiting for cold fried chicken means, either this location now serve cold fried chicken, or the food was already ready been ready and some life obstacle stopped the process of getting the food to the window.

Either way, it’s not a good look.

My last issue (I wasn’t gonna do it, but since I’m already here)

I understand Tenders come in all shapes and sizes, but I feel like I got all the “Nugget” sized strips. I got the short, coldest batch of chicken you could get. I placed the chicken long ways so that yall could see how its short enough to fit in the corner. I feel like they did me dirty today. Idk if it’s something I did or said? The conversation was ok! No attitudes, no escalations! But this order was not made with love. This is the type of order you give to your ex (after they filed child support on you)

Zaxby’s on 80 Exchange Street in Richmond Hill never disappoints. The food is always fresh, hot, and made right, and the service is quick even when it’s busy. The staff is friendly and keeps things moving, which I really appreciate. The restaurant stays clean, and my order is always accurate. If you’re craving good chicken and fast service, this location is definitely a go to. Highly recommend!

Poor customer service at the window,we order 3 milkshakes and it took em 30 min to bring it out all because the young lady working drive thew was ready go home and didn't mention the two cars out in the parking lot on 01/02/26.🤬

I was in the area after picking up someone from the airport and came to this location. My guest is now a Zaxbys fanatic 😀 I went through the drive through and I have no complaints. Food didnt disappoint and staff was great!

Picked up from here today and the chicken tasted like vomit. Im not just saying vomit as in it tasted bad, but it actually tasted like vomit.

Ive been to other zaxbys with really good chicken so i have to question the sanitation practices and when the oil was last changed, sad. If i wake up with food poisoning im definitely reporting it to the authorities.

And ill be even more pissed if i get that disingenuous form message they slap on every negative review (just scroll down). Report it to corporate yourselves, I’ll be talking to the real authorities if I’m sick.

Stopped by Zaxsby on Laburnum Ave. I spent $65.00 on food to go. Salads are awesome ! Wings could not have been any drier and sauce less! They did not give me the $10.00 sandwich I bought. I was a little upset. That didn't upset me as much as trying to reach them and tell them. I CALLED FOR 2 DAYS !!!!!! NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. NOT EVEN THE MANGERS NUMBER!

The breakfast menu has so many creative choices, all delicious.

Girl who took my order at front counter had her fingers all in her mouth touching peoples food….. Food was stale and there was hardly and sauce on our chicken and no seasoning on fries. The drink machine look like it hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. The machine also has a trickling sounds coming from that back of it which is from something constantly leaking on the floor. This place is SUPER nasty and not professional at all… please take this in consideration this is my first time ever leaving any type of review but I was completely blown away with the service and environment of this location. This people and who work the window and register are TRASH!!!

Asked for zak pak got wings and things girl said she could not hear me y'all need to really educate your employees on the menu ,menu stated zak pak you can get 10 traditional wings and fries and bread it's late was supposed to be a quick dinner tonight so annoyed
