Disgusting…. Did I just pull up and get handed a bag no communication , deep other conversation somewhere else precious ? I couldn’t believe how old the food was, the chicken was hard and cold. I’m questioning if it’s even from today. Beyond irritated 30$ later . Not happy tried calling several times

Fries that are usually my favorite were just plain bad. Chicken was dry and bad as well. Overall just not good food.

The "signature" chicken sandwich was cold and old. I was excited because of the reviews, but I was disappointed with my experience. It may have been because it was 2.5 hours before they closed. The bread was good, though.

First time at a zaxbys. Food was great. A little slow and the way the drive thru is setup is confusing and dangerous. Service was ok, bit slow. Good experience overall.

This is the worst zaxbys. If you can go to another location do it. They make your food extremely sloppy & wont cook your food all the way. It’s a bunch of kids in there playing. Super disappointed.

Had employees wearing anything no uniform bear lyrics had hats. The wait time was 30 mins in the drive thru. Had an employee or a random person just standing near the drive thru windows just taking a selfie. It looked ridiculous in there. Don't let me get you started on my food. The concept and everything the restaurant is going for seems great. The recipes are great. But last night, when I got my food. The tortilla i had was hard as a rock cold fries hot chicken on top old fries with fresh fries. It was a terrible experience. I hope something changes.

Food at this location is just okay. Service is terrible and slow. Half the time they don't put any dipping sauce with your order and they don't season the fries here.
