Ordered a grilled chicken club went back home about to eat then it was like half done felt like it was just thrown out of freezer and not thawed had to go all the way back about 17 min away they remade it was a little better just still wasent right still was a little chewy cooks need to be trained a little bit better when I get my wings they barely have any sauce on them.

I’ve been in the drive thru line for 20/30 mins. Called management to make sure they were aware we were still out here and the excuse was she has a pregnant manager and everyone in the kitchen doesn’t speak English so they’re moving as fast as they can. Corporate needs to change staff for better customer service and timing

Went through drive through and attitude of the staff was horrible. Then was told to wait for food in the parking lot and asked multiple times about status of my food and was told they were backed up but they had served 10 cars after me. Went inside and spoke to the lead Alejandro who said the order must have gotten bumped and he said they will make a new one. Asked for a refund for the 18 minutes that i waited and he said we can’t do that. Asked for a refund and when i later came back he said they could make the food. Need to get this guy Alejandro trained because he is not representing the business well.

This place honestly went downhill. I have worked here and the experience was decent. The only thing is management has changed. You will be left alone on your shift. You will get scolded for being out sick or having personal plans. They want you to work everyday instead of working with your actual availability. The pay rate is bad only $14-14.50? How can you honestly make a living off that? They would want you to work in the kitchen, drive thru, front end and back for that small pay rate. You will get the upmost disrespect from the general manager you can be sick and still get called in. You could have a personal issue and they will have no type of remorse. Working drive thru was fine with me but corporate needs to understand that we cannot service people in 60 seconds. We will ask them to pull forward if they have a large order or a cook to order type of order and they would refuse and sit at the window! We kindly ask people to back up being that we have no people to run out the food or they would get upset when are trying to make sure the order is right. It’s sad that the people who have worked here for long and was working their way up left due to management change. Stuff was being dismissed in the system if the new manager didn’t like you personally. He showed a lot of favoritism. He only gave raises to those who didn’t deserve it. I was working on year 3 with zaxbys but I left due to unfair treatment. You will not like the work experience here especially if you are short staffed which is 98% of the time. The callouts were bad. Rude customers were constant even with me being very patient. Managers never listened to our advice as cashiers and cooks. We do not get scheduled breaks. The only break you get is when the store gets slow sadly. I miss when Jay was the manager here. I wish all of the people that were working here before that actually attracted all the customers and provided good customer service stayed. The new manager was firing people left to right and being unfair. He even said himself he would rather have all Hispanics working there rather than others. It’s sad to see how this place came down hill. Going there as a customer still sucks. Good luck Tim price way.

This location is a waste of space. Ordered online for drive thru pickup. I get there, wait in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes just to be told that I need to come in to get my order because it wasn't ready yet. I go inside, and it's sitting there with the rest of the online pickup orders. I get back to work with my food and my fries have seasoning ON them when I asked for it on the side. My Peach Sweet Tea is made with UNSWEET tea. My Frozen lemonade is COMPLETELY melted. And to top it off, they are some of the RUDEST service workers I've ever come in contact with. Such a waste of money!

I went through the drive thru earlier today and was very disappointed with my 10 piece teriyaki traditional wings. I received 9 wings instead of ten and they were hard and small!
I also ordered the Cobb grilled chicken Zalad which was thankfully delicious as usual. We threw the wings away and settled for the salad since we live a distance from the store.
Very disappointed as I am a frequent customer to this restaurant ☹️

They also make the customer do weird stuff at the window so they won’t be held accountable for 60 second turn around time.

Got the new ranch chicken tacos first ones came out no ranch second time i got it ranch no bacon they literally don't know how to make them I asked for brand new tacos they gave me the same tacos with bacon on it but after I had to give it back 3 times they were cold at this point this location is ?️just a bad experience
