Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Zaxby's is one of my favorite fast food spots. A couple of months ago my family and I visited this particular one and it was the cleanest one I think I have stepped foot in. The folks working there were nice and the food was good. The cleanliness and decor were so nice I actually expressed it to the manager. Great job!

Rude , I drop by with my kids after soccer practice to get the family box and I asked about an sign that had daily specials, was told that it was old management , I told him that they should remove it , and I proceed to take an picture of the sign and an manager proceed to say he was calling the cops because I was causing an seen and taking pictures , I left with my kids heartbroken . I got my refund but never again.. PLEASE HIRE POSTIVE PEOPLE , NO REASON TO BE RUDE FOR QUESTIONS..

The food is pretty good, the only problem id say I’ve had going here is primarily stomach issues.. but that varies by person.

Wife ordered online. They had her pull into a spot. She wait 30 mins, before asking about the food.

They gave it to someone else...no apology or anything

The coupon redemption on the app should not have a time limit on it. It gave me eight minutes to use the coupon and drive thru is so SLOW that the coupon expired by the time I got to the window. Tell headquarters that is idiotic. If the coupon is good until a certain date that should be the only stipulation for redemption

Waited 20mins for a 3 piece. Staff should inform customers in advance when there is a long wait. So then we can decide to proceed or not.

I went through the drive-thru. The person didn't understand my order. I ordered a large plate with a water. It just seemed to take too long. It's crazy how they tell you to have your money ready but they move really slow. when I got my food all my tenders were super, SUPER salty, and why do they think people want their wings drenched in the sauce literally like you can't see the wing. then when I bit into the wing it was just a gross tasting wing just didn't taste good. Also if a wing is broken, or disfigured,don't serve it. I don't know what happened to Zaxby's, it's terrible now
