Very negative experience! My boyfriend and I went through the drive through and the person on the other end was very, VERY rude. She made us feel like a problem ordering food. I understand it’s later at night and she could have been having a rough day, but to spread that much negativity towards the customers is pretty frustrating!! She was telling us that the wait was going to be 20 mins long (it ended up not even being 10 mins) just to discourage us from even ordering! Does not make me want to come back!! (food was delish tho ?)

I ordered the wings and things traditions plus the new egg rolls. The wings and egg rolls were COLD, less than luke warm. The fries and tenders were the only things hot. The egg rolls had not flavor. I didnt get my drink but maybe that was my fault. Overall I won't be back. Every location is the same, the wings are never hot. Something needs to change!

i ordered two salads a cobb salad and a house salad both with fried chicken . once i received my orders both salads had about 5 small chopped pieces of chicken equivalent to one chicken tender. I notified the manager and she gave me a little extra but it still wasn’t enough. for the price of one salad $11 there should be more chicken on the salads . also the house salad had ingredients for the cobb salad and the cobb salad didn’t have an egg …
I asked for fresh fries and they gave me the oldest trash they had in the building. Never again will I ever not check my food before i leave. Food was horrible.

I went there for a chicken sandwich which was very good, But I was surprised by the return of customer service. Angela was my cashier. She was a ray of sunshine in this Post COVID world we live in. She was so nice and friendly it brought a smile to my face. I have missed the human connection we used to have. She makes the world feel a little bit better.
