I used to work there. Trust me it’s fresh food every day. Truck comes every morning and you have cut and prep everything fresh. I have working in food industry for over 4 years now and never seen any restaurant using fresh ingredients everyday but this one, omg!!!

Well. The Mediterranean chicken had good flavor but was really dry. I chose roasted vegetables and FRESH fruit to try and be healthy. As you see from the pic I did not finish. Lost my appetite.

Humus and pita are really good. They serve baked falafal, I didn't like it very much tough, it was okay.

I live in northern virginia and do not have a Zoe's near me. When I visit friends and family in Richmond, I always go to this Zoe's. On the most recent trip, I accidentally ordered a family Mediterranean meal (aka a lot of food) to be picked up at the Willow Lawn Zoe's instead of the Short Pump location. While at the Short Pump location, I realized my mistake, and the General Manager Trey did too, he was so kind and created my order at the Short Pump location for no extra charge! Trey was so helpful and patient while we figured out that I had ordered to the wrong location. As usual, the food was hot and delicious. I will continue to go to this specific Zoe's When in town.
