Drive-Thru
There is a gentleman that works at Hardee’s in Ridgeway by the name of Omar that is super friendly and polite as I go get my breakfast there just about every morning. He is a dedicated and hard working employee. I’d like to thank you for your service Omar. See ya next time!

If I could give 0 stars, I would!!!! Slow, slow, slow!!! I’ve never been to a fast food place that was operated so slowly. The two employees were moving at a snails pace and always looked confused as if they just woke up in a Hardee’s and were told to get to work. There were several cars in front of us in line that waited so long they never got their food and demanded refunds. It took us 25 minutes sitting at the window before we finally got our food and they forgot one of the items and when we asked about it they said it would be another 15 minutes so we left. Will never be back to this one. I don’t know how it is during the week but don’t come on Saturday morning.

It's got to hurt watching money drive away because the drive-thru takes more than 15 minutes in the mornings. Working people don't have that long to wait.

Has a small truck stop with overnight parking allowed. Very nice place.

I pulled up and the drive thru was lined up around building , but no one inside, so I went inside. 2 guys was working the drive thru, and no one at the register then one of the two came over started taking orders. One guy in front of me. Took our orders then more people came in behind us . He kept on taking orders without bagging the first orders he had . Another girl from the back kept coming from the back looking at the order screen then go back to prep line . The guy at register had to go get change from the back . By this time there was a good line inside and out in drive thru. The girl then came back from the prep line and trying to go through the tickets on the counter that were printing all over the place. Finely the first got there order then I got mine after 10 minutes of waiting. Still customers waiting in line to get their food. We'll the weekend crew isn't the same as the weekday crew. ITS HARD TO FIND GOOD HELP.

Out of fries on wednesday at 9 sounds more like they didn’t want to cook anymore. I know ridgeway doesn’t sell that many fries.
I did a mobile order and got inside to pick up my order, the drive-thru was as usual packed. Plenty of seats inside available.
Vegetarian options: No type of vegetables available at hardee's. Maybe lettuce or tomatoes are available.
Parking: Drive thru lane is always busy. Parking near the entrances is not advisable.
Kid-friendliness: No high chairs are visible anymore. No kid meal offers.
Wheelchair accessibility: Entrances have ramps, but doors are hard to open for the walking person.

I went through the drive thru. I havent eaten yet. I just wanted to say that Omartae is absolutely wonderful on the drive thru. I've eaten here before and the food is generally good and fresh fries.
