Went in at 11:30am and ordered a chicken sandwich combo. While waiting for it there was a guy in the back fixing food chewing gum! My chicken felt raw when I bit into it. The fries 🍟 were good.

There is a gentleman that works at Hardee’s in Ridgeway by the name of Omar that is super friendly and polite as I go get my breakfast there just about every morning. He is a dedicated and hard working employee. I’d like to thank you for your service Omar. See ya next time!

If I could give 0 stars, I would!!!! Slow, slow, slow!!! I’ve never been to a fast food place that was operated so slowly. The two employees were moving at a snails pace and always looked confused as if they just woke up in a Hardee’s and were told to get to work. There were several cars in front of us in line that waited so long they never got their food and demanded refunds. It took us 25 minutes sitting at the window before we finally got our food and they forgot one of the items and when we asked about it they said it would be another 15 minutes so we left. Will never be back to this one. I don’t know how it is during the week but don’t come on Saturday morning.

It's got to hurt watching money drive away because the drive-thru takes more than 15 minutes in the mornings. Working people don't have that long to wait.
