Enjoyed the visit very much! Peyton was a pleasure to talk to, explained the process in great detail. Very knowledgeable of the area and the history. Definitely look forward to sipping on the bottle I purchased!
Stopped on way home and so glad we did!! We arrived 15 minutes before closing because of traffic and Peyton was a wonderful host and tour guide! We saw the still, we saw the barrel room, we learned a lot of distillation, and got to taste some wonderful Brandy!!! He explained about heads, tails, and heart. This is not like moonshine, it is NOT moonshine with fruit floating on top. It is clear and so flavorful!! The have infused coffee/ Brandy, honey/ Brandy and of course the best...
