We chose to have our New Year’s lunch at The Pine Room because we have all lived in Roanoke and became friends when we started working together almost 30 years ago. What a great place to celebrate…The Hotel Roanoke, right!
We thought so, but this ended up being the worst restaurant experience I believe I have EVER had. As we all arrived at 1pm, we were told that they were short staffed, but our drink orders were taken. We completely understand the stress and frustration...read full review
