Lunch was good. Service was good.

Food was good (loved the onion petals), service was a little slow in the wrap up and get your invoice stage. Bartender had the bar, to gos, and the floor. Which was way more than he should have been juggling. Atmosphere is a little dark, parking is limited.

Literally the worst place to get take out, rude staff, waited 30 minutes just to be A
acknowledged after I already called in an order.

Order 30 wings and 20 of them where burnt on the bottom side and when called them to complain about the order they said they would remake them the order and are making them right away. When I arrived the bartender working there says they just dropped them in to be cooked and it takes be 15 minutes to get there. On top of the 15 minutes drive I still had to wait another 20 minutes for.the order to be remade. Bartender did a poor job and if the person can't handle working the bar and taking tables . Then try to focus on one and let the other servers take.the tables. I even talked to.manager to ask why it's taking so long to remake my order and the manager didn't do what a manager should have done for a customer that had a very bad experience. Will not be going to the grandin location again.

The buffalo chicken wrap was great but the shoestring fries tasted plain and like they had been sitting around for a while.

I have been going to Allsports for years before it moved, and the prices have skyrocketing, but the food is pretty consistent

Vegetarian options: No real vegetarian option

Dietary restrictions: The kitchen is not conducive to avoid cross contamination

Burgers are bland, fries are dry all the way through, wings are fried well though. Also the "sides" can be a "side"(like mac salad, beans, slaw) in a small dip cup or just dip. They charge 2 dollars for a little cup of dip and the "sides". I dont recommend trying the mac salad, it lacks in taste and texture, with over cooked noodles. Totally not worth it unless you're getting wings and only wings. Service was slow with not many customers. I didnt try any appetizers so maybe that can redeem them.

I ordered boneless and bone in chicken wings. These were by far THE MOST DRY AND TASTELESS wings I've ever had in my entire life!!! I wasted 33 dollars!!!!!

The food is mediocre at best. At least you can get unique wing sauces here. I wouldn't mention the subpar food quality if the price made sense... way overpriced wings...
The portions were off. They loaded up the fries and gave the smallest scoop of baked beans I've ever seen.
The menu is pretty unremarkable. Small variations of burgers and wraps.
I've been here in person and gotten carryout. Neither experience impressed me.
When I got carryout, I had to wait, despite arriving at the time of the ETA they gave. I was standing around the bar wondering what the staff was doing... when I got my food, it was cold, so I'm not sure what I was waiting on. There were many people working and it was hours after the dinner rush. They just seemed inefficient.
I wouldn't bother writing a review if the prices matched the quality. I'm glad a local small business is able to operate, but I really think they could do a lot better.
The property is shabby and dated. It might be folksly and endearing if the staff were more warm and friendly, but they usually seem distant, distracted, even unfriendly, etc....
AllSports's legendary status in Roanoke doesn't make sense to me. Maybe they had a better operation 10 or 15 years ago, but nowadays, I don't get it. They could do so much better with what they have.

Food is good, servers are usually way too stretched. The main issue I have with this place is the smell. They should probably remodel to the studs and start over, from the moment you walk in it’s horrible until your nose goes blind to it
