First visit and will definitely be back! I had the chicken Florentine and fiancé had beef shawarma. We both were very pleased! Owner was very nice and welcoming.

Best Mediterranean food around, and the owner Zico is one of the nicest guys I've ever met. Can't say enough about how awesome the experience is here.

I went here because of the good reviews. Our food was blah, no spice no flavor. The owner is super nice too bad, the food is not good. I will not return

Traditional Mediterranean and Italian dining. Best in the Roanoke Valley. Fantastic owner and great food. Had a kofta pita sandwich with some fries. Love it here.

Updated after owner reply:
I don't doubt your shwarma is good. However, what I had the other evening was not. You pulled a review I received 2 years ago. The guest had never eaten or seen Black Krim tomatoes. The black color made them think it was rotten. I learned to explain better what people were eating. I also make it a point to discuss this or any other ingredient people may not be familiar with. Hence why I didn't respond to their comment. I am not perfect. As a guy who cooks for a wide variety of people, I try to learn from these comments and adjust. However, your approach of insulting your negative reviews gave me a solid laugh. You run your business how you like chief. Based on my experience, I assumed it was probably a bad night. Then, I read the other responses. Best of luck to you.

If I could give a negative rating, I would. Lamb Shwarma platter was cold and really had no shwarma spice or flavor other than salt. Buried in Tahini. Crunchy pita bread and what tasted like Ranch dressing with extra lemon

Was hoping for something reminiscent of my youth. Even if just a whisp of authenticity. Instead, I received the Appalachian version of Shwarma that was more like a Fajita over crunchy rice and tahini.
