Applebee's Grill + Bar

Just had dinner with family after picking our Christmas tree. This is the first place that the waiter (Stephen) came and checked on us frequently, apologized at least 3 times when one of us didn’t get our meal at the same time. Drinks were filled without having to wait or be asked. He was very courteous and had a big smile while waiting on us. I would say the waiter deserves a 10+ for the wonderful experience. Will make another trip for sure!

When we come in , I guess the waitress was having a bad day. She put us at a table that had food on it.Moved us to another table that had food on it. We politely told her we didn't want to sit there because there was food on the table, She snatched the silverware up , then she was slamming glasses. It was very uncomfortable. Hopefully , she had a better day for the next Customers. We will not be back when she's working.

This particular facility was a nightmare it took almost one hour to receive my to go meal the gentleman told me they were swamped, Sat. Night.
Anyhow I finally got my $80 meal and it was cold Spongey and undercooked RIBLETS, I haven’t eaten here in awhile and I won’t be back!
Totally disgusting and horrible experience!

Food ok, service ok, But sat at a booth next to a window facing 460. With about 10 flys keep flying all around us.

Will cook a steak as asked, barkeeper runs a tight ship and it great getting a glass rocks glass in Roanoke.

Always gets my order done correctly.

Chloe was was so sweet & went out of way helping me with my order!
She went over the menu & recommended the Chicken Fajitas, I'm glad she did cuz yummy 😋 she made sure after seating waiting for food that that I had a drink and kept checking on me to see if needed anything...

The only reason why Applebee's is getting three stars is because the manager was busting his tail to keep the customers happy. I have never seen my daughter in 32 years send a plate back but she absolutely could not eat it

2 for 25 combo. Chicken fettuccine was super. Very large piece of chicken for us both. Drinks was good also. Long Island iced tea for 3 bucks! Service was fast and efficient and very friendly. Great place to eat and drink!
