Took forever for our waitress to get there had to send our steaks back twice was not cooked correctly the waitress was only worried about her tip and the food really sucks so I now believe that Ricky Bobby's dad found a rat in his Cobb salad lol

Food was horrible wait time was terrible. But above all we had a lady come to the table after asking for the manager another lady came to the table and we asked for something she asked who our waiter was we was not sure she asked if it was the tall colored boy? My face fell my poor mother in law was baffled she said excuse me ! We again asked for the manager! We asked him sense when was people addressed by co workers as tall colored boy ? He said he hasent heard that word used in a long time and informed us his wife was of the African American descend as well. And he would handle the situation. I said this is 2025 it’s very disrespectful to address someone in that manner. She should know who her co workers are. Or find another not so offensive way to describe him. Not the mention the young lady next to us the hostess was also having to listen to this conversation as it was taking place. The young man’s name was Cameron. I certainly hope he seeks employment elsewhere where he is not labeled as a tall colored boy. That disrespectful lady needs to be fired ! So disrespectful

Our server was Cassandra she made us wait 20 minutes for drinks and another 10 to order. All we had was appetizers. She never came back to the table was too busy socializing with a table 2 back. Ended up going to get my own to go containers. Was just about to go find someone else to get her check when she finally came back. we come to this Applebee’s a few times a month and this is the worst service we’ve ever received. For clarity, there was any three tables with patrons in it so the restaurant was not busy

Entree got to the table before appetizer and drinks.. bartender could not make a drink even with help from a how to book with big letters! Price gouging big time bring your own ranch they charge extra 1.00 per cup.. had to buy extra alcohol just to make their famous shark bowl and still charged extra for it when they were out of the rum to make the drink! LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER!.........(update).........regional manager contacted me and apologized for the encounter and said he would address the situation.....he also hooked me up with a gift card for my troubles ......I didn't ask for it but he felt like he needed to

Omg! Went there just after opening. The restroom(s) were disgusting, I went in to the men's, awful! Nasty dirty toilets, sinks full of hair! My wife couldn't even use the women's! One toilet out of order and the other full of literally crap! Must have been from the night before!! As we get our food, the waitress apologized for how long it took, because the FRIGGIN HEALTH DEPARTMENT WAS THERE! We almost walked out! So sad how these nice restaurants are being so poorly run! I bet my dog could run that one better! Start with cleaning the damn toilets!!!

Our server was decent and food wasn’t bad but I paid with my card and left a tip on there. Looked at my bank account and realized my tip was there with my total, then an extra $5 was on my bank account to Applebees. My total for food was 24 with tip 25….really confused why I had an extra line on my account for $5 when it was already on there for 29.

Applebees Bonsack: We came in at 3:30 on June 5, 2025. When our server, Ashley B, arrived, she immediately told us we must order before 3:50. The food arrived in a timely manner, and was excellent, but before I had eaten the first half of my sandwich, she had brought my dessert with the ice cream already beginning to melt. Soon after that she brought the check. My husband wasn’t even half through his meal. I have written programs for two fast food restaurant chains, and her attitude and service were NOT acceptable! We have eaten here several times before with pleasant personnel. I believe she needs to be instructed about polite customer service. Thank goodness, the food was excellent! PS, My grilled cheese sandwich, although very tasty, could have used more cheese on it

Our server was Cassandra, she had no ice, brought us one drink and never returned like she stated with drink and ice once ice was made, we ordered wings and they were over cooked and hard, waited 45 MIN for our food and there was only 3 tables and 1 table at the bar with 2 folks each. We ordered sautéed mushrooms and she brought onions and got upset for us asking her to correct it after saying “oh yeah you said mushrooms didn’t you” All of this for our bill to come out at $126.66. Keith was definitely the best server they had and I NEVER had a problem with anything when he was there. He will be greatly missed. However, this done my family and I in for this restaurant.

I’m giving this all around good review mainly due to the fact I had an issue and Mark Myers was able to correct everything not sure if he is the GM or owner but I know he’s a good person and will take care of you the food was perfect place was clean too.
