The chicken sandwich was fabulous and my fries, fresh and hot. Even at an hour past lunchtime, everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. The extra ketchup and salt were in the bag, the lady who operated the drive through was friendly and helpful. Best drive-thru experience in Roanoke.
I just wanted to share that this evening we went through the drive thru it was kind of a slow time, had a lovely experience with each person we interacted with. Everyone said to have a good night and even asked us how our evening was going. I think that extra step really helps even in fast food. The food was delicious and it didn’t take long to get our food. Just overall pleasant experience I wanted to share
This location had the food quality but not the speed that you would expect the drive through to have for convenience. The staff had prepared my meal correctly and it was fresh which is always nice! The employees seemed very nice!
Parking: The parking lot is a decent size. The traffic coming in and out is mainly for the drive through. The lobby is dead most of the time from my perspective. I may be hitting it at the right time though when people aren't there!
