This place struggles a bit. The inside and outside sometimes isn't the most clean, sometimes the food is sloppy or doesn't taste too fresh, but where this place really struggles is the service. I'm at this Arby's maybe once a year, but every time the staff aren't very friendly and even sometimes rude. Slow service
The guys working the drive thru window was great. He was doing his best. There was 1 person who was sweeping the floor which was fine. But with it as busy as the drive thru was it just seemed odd

The chicken sandwich was fabulous and my fries, fresh and hot. Even at an hour past lunchtime, everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. The extra ketchup and salt were in the bag, the lady who operated the drive through was friendly and helpful. Best drive-thru experience in Roanoke.
