Where do I start...we went thru the drive thru & encountered the most rude female on the other end of the speaker & she got our order wrong as well. She must've forgotten her mic was on because she let out the biggest sigh like she was so annoyed with us that she just couldn't stand it. It was like we were totally putting her out by placing our order. We couldnt understand her & I'm sure it was because she had the mic stuffed in her mouth to close to be clear. The young lady st the window with the long blonde hair was very nice. That's who got the 5 star for service. The short girl that had the red hair & glasses was the one who was over the top rude. Her cheeks were beet red, I guess from her temper tantrum. It was ridiculous! Apparently, she hates her job so much it causes her to have that terrible attitude & open animosity toward customers. The order was wrong. We ordered a classic roast beef, curly fries & a Coke, another classic roast beef & a steak bite sandwich combo. The wrong part of the order was when we received 2 nasty, soggy, beef & cheddars with liquid cheese sloppied all in the package. The bun was like it had been dipped in water. It was disgusting! I didnt dare go back & have it replaced because I believe it would've been spit on by that rude girl wuth the attitude problem. She's a kid & another review I read on here said it right, theyre young & bratty acting. Never go to this location at Towers! Its just unbelievable & very disappointing. I don't know how this one is even still open.

This Arby's used to be very friendly now there are braty kids working there and an elderly manager that has no customer service skills and when they mess up your order they blame it on you!! I will never order from here again and honestly if your smart you won't either! 🤮

I made a trip to Arbys on Williamson to try the new Cheesesteak. Upon my arrival I was told they don't have the product for it. So I dont give up hope I go to try another Arbys. Before going I give the one on Brandon a call. Im then informed they have what the cheesesteak. I tell the manager Kristin(or thats why I think her name is) about my experience and how I had to drive across town to their store. Her fantastic customer service skills and make it right attitude is something that keeps the customers coming back. I frequent Jamison because it is closer to me. But I really wouldn't driving 5 more minutes to keep getting an experience like that! Not sure has been running it since Seleste had been gone, but I will say that made a right choice with hiring that manager.

How do you have no roast beef? Went hear 2/7/2025 to get supper was told they were out of roast beef I thought that’s what you sale!!!!!!!!!!

I love eating here, staffing are always nice!! I always recommend my friends and there friend and family to come Sit down and eat Arbys!! I love the turkey bacon ranches!! I love the French dips and always recommend them to my family and friends. I absolutely love the big cheesy bacon burger
