Not this location. We went to this location on Saturday night, waiting in the drive through for over 30 minutes for our food. “Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt” pull up to the window and are asked what did you order and the food is still being prepared. We only saw 3 workers and we were still trying to be nice about the whole situation. We watched at least 9 cars leave including the car in front of us without their food.
I hope they improve.

Arby's offers a 2 for $9.99 deal that includes cheese sticks, but some customers have found the bread tasted old and the fries were warm. The service can be slow due to being understaffed, but the staff is generally friendly and accommodating, even offering a pup cup for a grand puppy waiting in the drive-thru. Customers have noted delays in taking orders and getting food out of the kitchen, with staff sometimes having to assist in the kitchen, leaving the front counter unattended. Despite these issues, the food at Arby's is usually enjoyable and hard to mess up. Some customers believe that if there are problems, it's best to voice opinions to the staff or manager so improvements can be made. Overall, Arby's is known for its claim "we got the meats," and many still enjoy their meals, though experiences can vary.
