Even if you are desperate, by pass this location for food. You will practically die of starvation before they bring the food to you. The roast beef was literally a half inch thick. The kids working there seem ok, but they must not have any management! Absolutely horrible and a waste of money! Go literally anywhere else!

*PATHETIC!* My second online order and visit to this location (Williamson Rd.
Roanoke) in the past 30 days AND LAST visit Ever! Second time I have made an online order recently and given the workers there a good 10-15 minutes over what the automated time suggests for my food to be ready. HA! However the total incompetents (and very few employees) this owner has hired cannot even handle their assigned tasks. No food ready and it’s wait wait wait.😡

Literally always out of roast beef like what are y'all even open for
I went about 4 in the afternoon. I ordered the 2 fish sandwiches for $6.99 I got home and they were so tough and hard I had to toss them. Next time I will open bag before leaving. Also so slow.

This place is disgusting and smells of spoiled meat. It's dirty and filthy. The workers are dirty including the manao. The food is not worth the price. I spent 23 dollars on the most disgusting food. Roast tasted spoiled. And our stomachs was hurting and we had diarrhea for 2 to 3 days. This is the second time I've complained about this place. The prices are absurd. Fir a beef and cheddar and curly fries and drink $11. Is ridiculous. Every time we go there we have to take our food back to the counter to be made fresh.Cause it's never freshly made. Greasy curly fries that taste like old oil. I told them I would complain and they didn't seem to care. Take it or leave it attitude.

Went to Arby's today for the special surf & turf fish sandwich. I pulled up to the drive thru after waiting 4 min for someone to take my order I replied I wanted the fish sandwich combo only to be told they were out of fish. Arbys is going to run a special on something they don't have😡

Use to go to this Arby’s all the time but not anymore, it is pretty sad when you go thru the drive thru to order a roast beef sandwich and they come back and say we are sorry we are out of roast beef. Then tonight go to the drive thru and sat there 10 minutes and no came on to take order drove around and there was one car already sitting at the window and one employee talking with a customer in front of that. It seems like if they don’t want to wait on people then change your hours or better yet close it down you can join the Hardee’s that close down the road because of the same problem

I had a terrible experience at Arby's. I arrived at the drive-thru around 10am, which is their listed opening time. I waited patiently, but at 10:04am, a worker finally came on the microphone and rudely said, "We're not open." I apologized and asked when they would be opening since it says 10am online. She responded with an attitude, saying she didn't know because they were still setting up. When I asked how long it would take, she dismissively said, "Um, no." The attitude was completely uncalled for. Very disappointing.

Third time in a row less than warm curly fries. About to ask DT window attendant a question and she spoke over my 3rd word and on to say "Sauces in the bag#. Felt it was a bit rude. So I just drove on... no opportunity to get the almost cold fries fixed. They were not busy... no one in dining room, I was the only one in DT. Probably won't go back.

Kimberly is always on her cell phone texting while taking an order. I had to say hello before she would get up out of the seat to take my order. Last time I was here I kept saying hello and no one would answer and come to find out everyone was outside smoking and talking.
Tables are dirty never clean.
Get off your phone and work.
