Whole drive through experience was bad I just got a large fry. The girl taking orders speaks with an irritated tone..telling me to speak up at the speaker like she’s mad at me.
Then is just staring right into my eyes when I pull up for the fry I was thinking to myself like what is wrong with her? I work right next to yall & I hope you see this to & I wish I got your name because I don’t think anyone should be treated like that in fast food service.
It doesn’t matter if you are mad you do your job with diligence. I was there right around 1:40-1:50 & management should talk to whoever it was taking orders around that time because that type of behavior is what makes places lose business.

We went in me my husband and my daughter, we stood there for about 10 mins while the guy at the monitor was staring at us , then someone came out from cleaning the bathrooms , took our order had an airpod on , my daughters kids meal was wrong , they did make it right , but I will not come back after this . Disgusting attitudes

The night shift should be held to a higher standard because this location accepted my DoorDash order at 11:30pm. I ordered here because it was late.
Once the dasher arrived, they said they didn’t receive the order because they closed at 12.
Not sure why they would accept the order then wait that long to waste my time and the dashers. Really disappointed and probably won’t be back to Arby’s for a while after this.

I’ve been stopping at the Brambleton Arbys for years. They’re usually great, but the other day when I stopped, I got a Beef n cheddar and curly fries and asked for a water cup. The guy manning the speaker said, “we don’t give out water cups anymore, new policy, you have to get a drink” and he suggested a combo. He flat out refused to give me a water cup. I’ve always gotten water cups with my meals here. I’m not sure why he felt the need to be dishonest, but it is disappointing.. I enddd up going inside to ask for a manager to get my water cup. It was somewhat frustrating, not cool. Just a heads up, you might encounter a similar situation. I really hope this policy isn’t the case because I couldn’t find out anything about it. A corporate contact said they’ve never heard of it.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. They give you drinks with no ice. Hand to repeat my order multiple times an it was still wrong. Kids in there seemed like they didn't even care to be at work

Ok, so I'm completely changing my review for this location. Do not go here at night if you want to get what you're actually ordering. Im done with this location. It's always something different. My final straw was when they charged me $2.59 for a small crinkle fry as well as $0.59 for the liquid cheese. The container didn't even hold a "kids" size fry; let alone a small. The cheese ok I'm cool with; but not when I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. I'm sure it would've been different if the "shift manager" taking the order would've said something about the container, but he didn't. They call this the training store now. So does that mean if someone is being served like that here; will that be treated like this at the other locations? It's employees like this that give the rest a bad name.

Ordered 1/2 lb Beef N Cheddar...no Red Ranch Sauce. DEFINITELY did not come with "weighted" amount of Roadt Beef....I'd be surprised if it were 1/4 lb of Roast Beef on the sandwich. Asked if they had any Cherry Turnovers...lady said no, they only had Apple...soni opted to not get a Turnover, but I did get a Large Jamoca Shake. It was awesome, as usual. Got my food and left....that's when I realized the quantity, or lack thereof, of the Roast Beef on my sandwich. Also, there was an Apple Turnover in the bag. So I look at the receiot...yes, I was charged for a Turnover that I do not like, nor ordered. So it all boils down to the lacknof Roast Beef on the sandwich, and being charged for a Turnover that I didn't order....as I stated, I like the Cherry Turnover.

Food was cold as usually happens. I went through the drive-thru this time and of course please use the right size bag and try not to do stuff everything in the wrong size bag. The mood of the staff was off-putting I would say
