Ok, so I'm completely changing my review for this location. Do not go here at night if you want to get what you're actually ordering. Im done with this location. It's always something different. My final straw was when they charged me $2.59 for a small crinkle fry as well as $0.59 for the liquid cheese. The container didn't even hold a "kids" size fry; let alone a small. The cheese ok I'm cool with; but not when I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. I'm sure it would've been different if the "shift manager" taking the order would've said something about the container, but he didn't. They call this the training store now. So does that mean if someone is being served like that here; will that be treated like this at the other locations? It's employees like this that give the rest a bad name.

Ordered 1/2 lb Beef N Cheddar...no Red Ranch Sauce. DEFINITELY did not come with "weighted" amount of Roadt Beef....I'd be surprised if it were 1/4 lb of Roast Beef on the sandwich. Asked if they had any Cherry Turnovers...lady said no, they only had Apple...soni opted to not get a Turnover, but I did get a Large Jamoca Shake. It was awesome, as usual. Got my food and left....that's when I realized the quantity, or lack thereof, of the Roast Beef on my sandwich. Also, there was an Apple Turnover in the bag. So I look at the receiot...yes, I was charged for a Turnover that I do not like, nor ordered. So it all boils down to the lacknof Roast Beef on the sandwich, and being charged for a Turnover that I didn't order....as I stated, I like the Cherry Turnover.
Food was cold as usually happens. I went through the drive-thru this time and of course please use the right size bag and try not to do stuff everything in the wrong size bag. The mood of the staff was off-putting I would say

Went to Arby's drive thru late at night, and was welcomed by a friendly greeting from B.J. Polite,professional, and courteous this guy is great with people he has something you can't teach train or learn. B.J. is who you want in customer service! My order was prepared fresh and fast great job everyone ?
Believe it or not, we got our food fast as well as we were waited on quickly. The area was clean, and the condiments were there and not out of anything.

Just stopped for lunch my French dip n Swiss looked slammed together & smashed bread was all riped n balled in the wrapper meat was on the outside flapped over Forgot my fries as well didn't go back won't go back to this location Do your job right or just close n move on

This Location is full of hardworking staff who’s main goal is to ensure that each and every guest is taken care of with hospitality and kindness!
With a Management team like they have, they will make sure you get what you ordered and it will be hot and fresh! On top of that, if there is any issue with your order, they will go above and beyond at this location to ensure you’re satisfied before you leave!
Robin has successfully managed to bring this store from a falling line to feats that even computers can’t process the growth he’s achieved by ensuring the restaurant is the best it possibly can be! And he’s done this in only 2 years!
Robin has developed more than managers, he has developed leaders who respect him because he will put in the work, especially when times get tough!
This entire team is a blessing to the Roanoke Valley as they ensure that food safety, guest satisfaction, speed, hospitality, cleanliness and authenticity are prioritized and maintained in this restaurant.
Like I said, I highly recommend this location.
*Full Disclosure* I used to work at this location and left on pretty bad terms, yet that doesn’t stop me from coming down to see Robin almost every day. Especially because I know the food is safe, hot, and amazing!
Parking: Parking lot is spacious, a little crowded when busy, but still able to get out.
