Although the food is good, requests for Arby's sauce not only at the speaker( drive-thru), but also at the window has been ignored on more than one occasion. Today, when I asked again at the window for regular Arby's sauce, I was lied to by saying it was in the bag. Because, there was a car behind me, I took him at his word. Unfortunately, once home the bag had none. I guess from now on, I should just remain until the bag is checked. It would have been nice to be treated better .

Ordered French dip combo with a coupon. Had a friend pick up my order. The fries were over cooked, did not receive drink and did not apply coupon to my order. Charged full price to my order.

This is NOT your typical fast food restaurant. When I say this I'm speaking only of this particular location.This restaurant is a wonderful place to be. It's clean well built well decorated, and the seats are comfortable.The staff is amazing. Tyler is amazing. He's got you. He gave me exactly what I asked for and one item wasn't on the menu. Then he put it on a tray and delivered it to my table!If you have the time, dine in, you won't regret it.The food is great and the pricing is even better. I got a sandwich packed with roast beef for FIVE DOLLARS! That's crazy cheap.I'm summary -The atmosphere is great!The music they play is good.The staff is excellent, and in a time when it's so hard to find and keep good people.This is a great experience!
