This is going to be our new chicken place from now on! Just got a to go order and even after 20 minutes in the car it kicks the socks off of anywhere else in town. Best chicken sandwich we have had in years. The chicken texture is superb, very meaty and tender, not grisly and dense like most other places. The wings were a hom run as well, sauces are extremely flavorful (we got the mango habanero and honey bbq). Dont even get me started on the garlic truffle fries, my goodness they were delicious! Thank you for coming to Roanoke! Next on the list to try is the deep fried oreos!

The older woman running the counter could use some training, as well as some manners lmao. She really kinda killed the experience. Place was nice and clean though, and the wings were alright.

I ordered the bone-in sweet and tangy wings yesterday, made to order. This was the only food I ate that day. Within hours, I developed severe stomach issues including diarrhea that has lasted from last night into today. Given that I ate nothing else, I'm confident the wings were the cause. This is a serious food safety concern and I will not be returning.

I placed an order with Atomic Wings for pickup the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, only to arrive and find the store closed at 4 PM without any prior notice. My order went through, payment processed, and not a single call, email, or message was sent to let me know they had shut down early. To make things worse, when I called back on Friday to address the inconvenience of driving all the way there for nothing, the staff had no real solution and no sense of accountability. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If a business knows it will close early especially during a busy holiday week the least they can do is notify customers who have already placed and paid for orders. Poor communication and even poorer customer service. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I have found a new go-to place for chicken. The dining area/bathrooms were clean, the prices were very reasonable, and they had a wide variety of sauces. I ordered the mango habanero 3-tender combo and my husband got the Thai chili. Both sauces were excellent and the tenders were properly fried. Well done

I never had so much grease in my package. Also customer service was bad due to zero accountability.

They definitely live up to their name Atomic wings as they have one of the hottest wings, anyone could eat. However, if you're not a fan of big fat wings, then you will not like this place. I was disgusted at the size of the wings.

If it's wings that you seek....then these guys are doing it right. They have a great selection of sauces and dry rubs to choose from. The actual base bone-in chicken is super great quality and it's never frozen. The flavors run the ladder from mild to hot with some unique choices in the middle. Enjoyed the to-go visit and will head back soon.

I swung through the drive thru last night for the first time because I was craving chicken and have been wanting to try Atomic Wings. I saw the previous review about the tenders tossed in garlic parm and the big back in me had to have it. It did not disappoint! The young man working the window was friendly and personable. He told me it would be a 15-20 minute wait, but it was only 10. The tenders are the size of a whole chicken sandwich filet. I could only finish one and a half of them. The fries, the sauce, all of it was top notch. One recommendation would be to have allergen info readily available. The employee at the window didn’t know what kind of oil is used for the fries. I will be back!

My husband and I love atomic wings the only reason for a four star in food was the mild buffalo tasted off we got 20 wings with half being mild buffalo. Not sure how to describe it but we could not even finish the 10 wings. Will always return but don't recommend the mild buffalo sauce.
