We waited for 30 minutes for when we got up there for them to tell us the could only take cash when the person in front of us paid with card. None of the people working there know what they’re doing!

Absolutely terrible workers who don't deserve to work there and were very rude to my mother and her family. They don't have anything.

I used to love their pretzels, but now a days in the seldom times I actually set foot in the mall I try to get a pretzel or a hotdog, but now a days I go by they don't have anything amd always say "it'll be about 10 minutes for anything" this has been the case ever since they set up the kiosk where the old fountain used to be. Don't bother going. They won't have anything without a wait.

I am completely disgusted by the extremely poor customer service skills, at this Valley View Mall location, in Roanoke VA. Poor customer service skills continues to be exhibited from this particular store. Here is my story:My child has an app where he is notified to receive free items. He went today, (as he has gone several times this year, because of receiving the free coupons), and during this visit, he ordered 2 FREE orders, that should have been covered in powdered sugar/cinnamon. When he returned home, he started eating on them, and quickly discovered that they were FULL OF SALT! I called immediately to inform the employees of the incident (that actually appeared to be intentional, after speaking to the crass manager), and Austin (employee) acted as if he was not aware of the issue, and said that he would have me speak to the manager. The manager ("ERIC") came to the phone. I explained to him the situation, and expressed that they should be able to decipher between sugar and SALT. He responded: "Yeah, yeah, It could have been a mistake, especially depending on where the customer pointed to." (Which made no sense at all). Sugar or SALT? If you can't tell the difference then you shouldn't be employed there. He then suggested that my child return to the store, and stated that he would replace both FREE orders. My child returned minutes later, and INSTEAD of replacing the TWO FREE ORDERS, the so-called "manager" ERIC, decided that he would only give him ONE CUP FREE. Not only that, ERIC decided to hardly put any sugar on the bites, but instead gave my son a cup of pretzels that looked like regular tan/brown pretzels, with absolutely NOTHING on them.I called AGAIN. I told ERIC that my son ordered 2 CUPS, and he gave him ONLY ONE CUP. This crass individual replies:"Well, he comes here too much, and we can't keep giving him FREE STUFF!"Ohhhhh, excuse me! The items were FREE in the FIRST PLACE!I expressed this to ERIC, and he became dismissive, and because of his poor and immature demeanor, and the giggle that he gave out- I knew then that the action of putting salt on the pretzels, instead of sugar was intentional at this time.I told him that he should have been giving 2 FREE cups, as a replacement for the 2 FREE cups where they intentionally put SALT on them. ERIC said- "No we don't! I don't have to do that!"I then told the so-called "manager" (and I use that term loosely obviously), that since he likes SALT so much, that I was about to submit on his behalf a VERY SALTY REVIEW!SPRINKLE SALT ON THAT, ERIC!Reviews submitted to the 1800 customer service number, as well as online :) My job is done! Now learn how to do yours!Merry Christmas! :)

Went on a Saturday at 3PM. Nobody was even there. This isn’t the first time either I went during the week around 2-3 PM and no one was there then. Very disappointing.

Waited in line on a Sunday to get some pretzel bites and a drink. Terrible service!!! The young workers are more concerned about what they are doing after work instead of paying attention to customers. They were out of soda so we settled for a lemonade to find out AFTER we paid $20 that they had NO ICE for drinks. We waited 10 minutes for pretzels to get out of the oven. The cheese sauce we got was so disgusting we had to throw it away and the grease and salt on the pretzels are enough to make you barf! Never spending money here again, such a waste of time and money! Pretzelmaker is so much better, such a shame it is no longer at ValleyView. Save your money and time and do not eat here!

Recently made an online order with this location. They failed to delivery my whole order and would not answer the phone to address it. I have no idea if I’ll get the whole order or even a refund!!! Unprofessional!!!!
