Stopped after visiting the nearby Virginia Transportation museum and were glad e did. All around an excellent experience. Service, food and surroundings. Opted to start with pimento cheese and chips. Almost as good as mine. Then split two sandwiches, the fried chicken, and the blue cheese burger with Port caramelized onions. Both great. Husband had fries, and they were actually hot! I got a beautiful side salad.

The food was delicious. This is a quality over quantity type of place. A $20 plate isn't going to give you any leftovers to take home, but you're really going to enjoy everything on that plate.

Went for brunch. The French toast was quite tough. The chicken and waffles were decent. I was hoping for a higher quality meal. The restaurant itself is inviting & clean. No complaints about service. I have not yet tried their lunch/dinner items.

Recently visited for dinner on a Friday night. Walked right in, with no wait surprisingly, & sat in the bar area. The bartender was great & the food was pretty good. The burger was not as good as we expected, but not bad either. The philly cheesesteak sub was good. We really enjoyed the loaded brisket fries appetizer. There was a variety of people in there from singles to families. We will definitely be back!

Very impressed with our late lunch/early dinner. My burger was great! It was so nice I got charged twice! We found out later when my card wouldn't work at the next place we went. Other than the slight inconvenience of being billed twice it was a great dining experience for our large family.

There are very, very few restaurants in this area worth visiting. However, Beamer's 25 is great. Their menu has a great variety, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, and the food is great. This is my only recommendation of restaurants in the area for dinner. They are also located in the heart of the city's trendy industrial area, and the restaurant matches that theme. It is a little pricier that some of the other restaurants in the area, but worth it to eat food worth eating.
