The service was good. The atmosphere is cool, great sports bar vibe, especially if you’re into VTech.The food was sub par. Not really bad, just very poor execution.Loaded fries came out ice cold. Burgers were supposed to have pink, but it was weird, half of the burger was charred beyond well and the other half was medium well (still not pink as recommended by our server). Probably a combo of hot spots on the grill and inexperience by the griller. Bummer, because they’re premium burgers that ended up being disappointing.Chicken was dry and over cooked as well.The fried pickles are really awesome.

Honestly if I could have given them a zero I would have. I have to say tonight was the poorest service I’ve ever had in an establishment. I’ve been in the hospitality business for over 30+ years and not quite seen anything like it. We have been here several time now service has always been mediocre but the food made up for it. Tonight was very different the food was mediocre and the service was terrible. We literally knew everything we wanted when she came to the table to say what can I get you. Drinks my daughter and I had water and my dad had a beer that was N.A. which was a mistake on his part. She did offer to change it out but that was the extent of service that we got. My mother had tea which she never asked if she wanted more or anything. It took almost 10 mins for the drinks.The place was not full at all. So they were not busy.. We ordered the food and over an hour later we get cold food not really cooked the only thing right was the fried pickles. They go in a fryer…. So I rest my case… She did say while taking the order that our pizza would take longer it was the first thing to come out no plates. I finally flagged another server down to bring us some plates. Still no food other than the pizza she brought without the plates. Then practically threw them at my father, the other server came and brought our other food. There was no can I get you anything else? Do you need anything? None of that was said. Never asked for refills on drinks. NOTHING!!!! She basically did nothing at all until she started serving water to the table next to us and finally said how’s everyone doing. We were done eating at that point. I spoke up and said we just need our check. That only took enough time to print the check and run…. My father paid and we left. The only tip I have to give her is if you make a mistake there is always a way to make it right ….. Do not ignore the table…. Fake it till you make it… We are not critical group at all. For that matter I have never written a review because I know how hard it is to be a server or a bartender. UNTIL NOW… What has happened to customer service?? she could have definitely redeemed herself with us! It just seemed like after I asked for plates she decided that we were not the people that she wanted to wait on.

Yum, yum, yum!! This place was incredible. The staff was super attentive, the atmosphere was inviting, and the Food was WONDERFUL. The truffle fries are a must. Highly recommend Beamer's 25.
Wings were delicious! Service was great, as well as the atmosphere! I did the build your own burger, and it was black on the underside. Very disappointing! My spicy pineapple Margarita had zero heat. Would have been better with jalapeño slices or something to add spice. The mule was wonderful.the chicken/pimento sandwich was delicious.

Where to begin. I requested a non spicy bloody. It was served just the same as my friend. Sent it back. Took forever to get my replacement drink. Excuse was the closing bartender did not stock. My breakfast burger was burned. My partner had cold waffles. Had to send back. Appetizer plates left until the end. We requested to be removed. Never were My friend who recommended we go here was totally embarrassed and apologized for the subpar experience. Would not recommend this venue to other friends or business associates

Pleasant late lunch spot. We were there at what felt like an off time, probably more lively during peak hours. Chicken club was solid, loaded fries were ok. Nice beer selection and friendly staff.

I will always treasure a visit when Frank Beamer was there! I was ecstatic. We talked for a while. What a gentleman he was. I had a picture taken with him.
