So I heard good things about this place but it definitely fell short of expectations. I got the Italian sausage grinder expecting real slices of Italian sausage. However, it was only pizza toppings. It was good enough to eat but not enough to come back. Fries were very good. $15 for a sub and fries definitely not worth for the quality of the food.

I wanted something different than a pizza, which are hit or miss at best. I ordered a large calzone with extra ricotta cheese, much to my dismay it not only didn't come with extra ricotta, it didn't come with any. I took it back to the counter to have them remake it. They said that it doesn't come with ricotta. The general manager says that all of our staff knows this. If that is the case, then, then why would the cashier let me order it that way, much less with extra. The cashier and I continued to talk about how ricotta just makes a calzone and how much she loves it too. Bellacino's wouldn't refund my money and didn't offer to make me something else. A calzone without ricotta is like a Stromboli without tomato sauce. Really, don't they know anything about Italian food. Very disappointed and when I said that I wouldn't be back, they didn't even bat an eye. Pizza and grinders are okay, but I would stay away from ordering Italian food (pizza is American by the way)

I got the full size Zesty Deli to go. I was very disappointed when I got home and opened it up. The website says generous portions. I added extra pepperoni and even with this, the sandwich was thin. I’m used to the Daleville location providing a huge grinder. Clearly their standards aren’t the same in Roanoke. Highly recommend going elsewhere for a sub. Also, they don’t follow instructions well I asked for it to be cut into 4th. Nope. Also left off some of the ingredients.

Went here for lunch around the holidays and ordered the Bellacinos Super. Staff were pleasant, the place was clean and the pizza itself came out pretty quick! Pizza is cut into squares which I enjoy, however I gravitated towards the outside crust pieces as the middle ones were a bit floppy. If you like gooey floppy pizza this place is probably your jam, the crust itself was pretty delightful and the cheese was overflowing. However I am a crunchy thin crust kinda girly, so I may try some more pizza places. Honestly if this place made some calzones I bet they'd be delish!

SO good! We moved to NC last year from MN and have not found a pizza place in Nc that cuts the pizza in squares. We came for NYE weekend for a little staycation and wanted pizza. The pictures look really good and the pizza was FABULOUS. We got a pepperoni and a garbage pizza (well we call it that) onion, pepperoni, green pepper, black olives. Definitely was nervous as many pizza places aren't good but this one was and I would eat here again when in the area!

One of the best places in town to grab a pizza or a grinder. There is something special about their cheese which makes pizzas taste super good. They also sell salads and desserts. Plenty of seating and 2 TVs for entertainment.
